Very professional and great handling of my new puppy

Feb 23, 2021: The office is in Covid-19 mode where patients park in the lot and a tech comes outside to retrieve your animal. This is working well in my experience. I had an appointment for puppy shots today and my request for bordatella vaccine added to the mix was granted as I handed my pup to the tech. We were in, parked, and back on our way in 15 mins.

I have moved all 7 of my cats and dogs to this practice, for the one reason that Smith Flat Animal Hospital uses mercury and adjuvant-free vaccines. In addition, there is no pressure to choose all vaccines, and respect for individual choices for our pets’ care. Today I brought in two of my pets who needed care, and Dr. Kennedy was respectful, wise, compassionate, and very helpful in providing information and explaining everything clearly and simply. This was THE best experience at a vet’s office that I have ever had. The entire staff was wonderful. I am so grateful this practice is here and do not plan to use any other.

Absolutely the best veterinary care at a reasonable price

I took my beautiful baby girl Bella she's a young 10 yr. old mixed Mastiff to another Vet & was told she's old "she's got arthritis "but she just wasn't acting herself, and limping, even on the meds they were giving her. Dr. Kennedy took a couple test and right away he found that she had bone cancer. Everyone here is so KIND, GENTLE, knowledgeable & understanding just couldn't ask for a better support team for your loved family member they're helped her to be as comfortable as possible. They're really Great!!!

Dr. Kennedy is amazing. Him and his staff are courteous and compassionate. I only regret that I didn't find him sooner. I highly recommend Smith Flat Animal Hospital.
