The cashier wouldn't reply to me when I mentioned a problem I was having with my fish tank temperature. He was a young brown haired man. There were only two people visible.

I personally have no complaints about this place. I do have to complement the gentle man who helped with my my hamster. He was very knowledgeable about what is actually needed, which is not the products the store sells (as those items are beyond inadequate for proper hamster care. I.e. critter trail cages) he really seem to know this, and I want to applaud him for doing research outside of his job to actually give proper information to future hamster owners. I wish I had gotten his name because he deserves the praise!!

Petco is great!!!!!! About 3 weeks ago a purchased a fish and things to care for the betta. I was very pleased with the staff. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We bought propane kitten food from Petco. My husband and I looked at many different pet stores but could not find the kitten brand food. Petco had the food we needed on line for our kitties. We are going to keep buying from them!! Our kittens love the food!

Had Most of what I needed, covid is taking its toll on deliveries

They have lots of stuff. Terry, the guy the assisted me was very polite and helpful. I wish they removed the sick and dead fish from the tanks though. It's a bit off-putting. Makes me think I'm buying from an unwell tank. Beyond that I really like the place. I always take a circuit around to check out the critters.

Great store, very clean and the associate that assisted me at check out was also the one that asked if I needed any help as he was on his way to the front checkout registers. There were quite a few small dogs getting groomed while I was there and the staff were treating them gently and with love. Great store!

Just good service & super convenient location near my work

The staff was friendly and Petco has the absolute BEST selection of kitty beds! My furbaby LOVES her new bed!

I always enjoy going to Petco to spoil our two dogs. This time I ordered an epic bag of dog food that was ready for me in their pick up cage right by the front door. A friendly staff member help me at the register and I was on my way in five minutes. I think I even received a discount for ordering a pick up order online.

Although they have just about anything you could need... But for the average pet owner the prices are just a little to high. A xxs thing coat is almost 15 bucks.. Fun to walk around and check it out..but I m in hard times and I most likely won't frequent this store.

My dogs are hard to get into anywhere for grooming. And they have done a great job taking care of them.

Didn't have the size of pet training pads. That's all.

It definitely was a very big store..they have everything..finally I found a place that carried xxs warm coats for my adorable babies..my bella twins.. My only issue is the place was a little expensive ..some prices made sense..i wanted everything..lol I will return for sure ..

I've been to this Petco many times. The staff are always friendly. I usually visit for the aquarium fish. Have had pretty good luck. The prices on the fish supplies are decent, sometimes better than the local aquarium shops like Aquarium Depot. The selection of fish though is pretty standard. It's great to check out because the prices swing on generic fish like neons. Getting 25 or more gets pricey at other places.

Anytime I buy an animal from this store it dies within a year. I’ve got the proper set up, 5 gallon tank per two frogs, a heater, and I check the water daily. First I bought a fish here, it died within a year dispite having a clean tank and normal conditions. I purchased two frogs one of which was constantly skinny and one with cloudy eyes. The skinny one died before the clouded one. Currently the frog with the cloudy eyes is on the brink of death. A sudden fungal infection. The ph of the tank is normal, the nitrates and ammonia are normal. Why does every animal I purchase here not live a full life? At leasts the staff is kind and helpful. Unfortunately this store doesn’t seem to be taking care of its animald. I assume they’re bred in mass mills. Being sick is probably just bred into them. It upsets me that everything seems to be going right then BOOM my pet is belly up.

I went in on Father’s Day to get a hamster 1 hr before closing and they told me they wouldn’t sell me the hamster because it’s one hour before closing. And this was after I had already chosing 2 hamster and all my equipment (food, cage, etc. etc.) was ready to spend over $200 the only thing I needed was THE HAMSTERS. So I thought hhhmmm maybe it doesn’t apply for the fish being that they are fish, right? Nope both Jessica and Andrew refused to give me anything. Andrew was more helpful tho was willing to reserve the animal for us, but still wish I would of have know after spending so much time getting everything together.

Friendly staff, great selection, and clean

Extremely poor customer service. Shopped there for years and quite frequently the cashier will step away from the register to help a customer and leave people in line. Other employees will be walking around ignoring those in line.
