Dr. Hart and her staff were friendly and efficient. They were able to treat my very uncomfortable pup quickly, sending us home with the meds we needed to treat his ears and a wagging tail.

Great! Cashier's were kind, helpful, friendly, informative. I was glad to know if the pumpkin product to harden my dog "Baby" stools didn't work that I could get store credit. It was clean! It didn't smell bad like some do. And pleanty of parking.

I took my pup to get a wash there. The wash area was huge and really nice. It was like a car wash but for dogs because of the way you have to use a token and the way you select the shampoos and rinse options. I bought the three tokens get one free and it came out to $54. Each token is 25 minutes. They also don't provide any silicone scrub thingy so bring your own or be prepared to use your hands. The blow dryer was on a super low setting with no option to increase (that I could see) so blowing took forever. However my pup left there so fresh and so clean. ????

Amazing place and all of their canned pet food is buy three get one free and if your dog doesn't like it take back the unused portion with your receipt and I'll give you a full refund how amazing is that?

Very friendly staff; helpful and knowledgeable. Someone's always there to assist, you don't have to go hunting for people (like certain places I've already ranted on). Can wash you dogs there too pretty nice. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is they are quite pricey.

Petwash is very convenient. Staff is great, they want to help you. Store is organized and clean. The indoor dog park is a wonderful place to work with your dog or introduce them to others.

I drive for Uber and Lyft and gave a ride to one of the employees there his name I believe was maybe Steve or John anyways he was a really nice passenger and he told me alot about pet food express like how they sale raw food premade meals which I was looking into for my dog. I will definitely be shopping in pet food express soon because of that employees review of pet food express.

Pet Food Express has great ideas and layout. With a few changes they could be a destination for Roseville pet owners. The prices are high on the canned food, pet washing station and other items. I would offer cheaper items in each department. I bought two $4 cans of wet cat food and my cat doesn't even like them. If you lower your grooming station to $10, instead of $18, you'll have more customers and they'll purchase pet items while they're at your store. Also, have your employees approach customers to ask if they need any help. I passed 4 different employees and none of them acknowledge me. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY
