If you are from Willow Rock, you know this vet took over due to our fabulous vet retireing. Horrible customer care and no support or care of your pet. My pet would have died if I left it up to getting an appointment when they were available. I went out of town to another vet who saved my pets life. The blame for being short staffed is over tated. Why take over another vet if you can't support them?

I haven't been in yet, but Everytime I've called they've been great answered my questions. I will definitely be bringing my pet here!

So beyond disappointed! If you are a willow rock vet hospital look for a new vet! We have been waiting for a scheduled date for surgery for our puppy and there has only been one return phone call in two weeks. Monday I was promised a return phone call. Never got one. I called again today to now be told we need a new consultation. What a joke. Just after more money? Still never got a estimate on price too, I'm sure my gut is right it would be double or triple the cost than what we where quoted.

This was our 1st time period we brought our cat for shots and an exam. The staff was friendly from the receptionist on. The vet was extremely thorough explaining options any options and reasons for procedures procedures. I would definitely recommend this vet.

Service was great except I had to leave my pup as a drop off which meant I couldn't speak directly to Dr for exam, But all the staff was super friendly and gushed over how much they loved my dog! He's very lovable ;) his toenail had to be removed bc it split, It was a very expensive reminder to keep your dog's nails trimmed regularly.

Seems like they want to up-sell you on all sorts of things. Other than that the doctors are great and the staff is good.

This was a great experience at the vet with my dog Buddy! They were also really understanding of my financial limitations and need to just do the absolutely needed immunizations and schedule the rest as I could afford them. Reasonable visit fee also!

Our vet is retiring so we had to start looking for a new vet. After an unexpected emergency vet trip, we couldn't get into a vet for 4 weeks for a follow up visit. This practice was recommended to us and I called and explained our situation and front staff was able to get us in. They mentioned required vaccines over the phone and if the animal was not up to date on certain ones, it would be required. I was immediately thankful and impressed. When I saw the Dr. The next day, he was so welcoming and helped me make decisions for our geriatric kitty. The office has an in house lab which allowed us to make health decisions that day. I am just so thankful and glad to say we found our new vet!

This place is really expensive! They charged me $400 for a kitten package that only includes his his vaccines! I feel like they took advantage of because you can get the same treatment at a neuter clinic for $60 for all shots and $35 for a neuter instead of them trying to charge me $350 which outrageous!! Don’t go here if you have new pets! Take them to a Neuter clinic near you! It’s way more affordable and they understand the importance of neuter and vaccines without finally damaging you!

Blue Oaks vet has been awesome. We've had 3 dogs that have gone here and just got another puppy who will be coming here as well!

I've had appointments with all three doctors at Blue Oaks. Most recently I saw the new exotics vet and have a new-pet exam scheduled. I really like the vets and clinic and highly recommend them.

Very bad, they do not explain what they are going to do, they do what they want, and then they want you to pay them something that you did not ask them, very expensive. and very bad customer service, I recommend it zero.

I've been taking my cat here for over a year. The location in Rocklin on Blue Parks Oaks is really easy to get to. The staff is super friendly and they always answer my questions, no matter how silly I feel when asking

We feel safe bring our dogs to Dr. Mary. When we lost one of our family dogs, she was so kind and understanding of our loss. She is an amazing vet and we are so glad she is caring for our family.

Very friendly, Doctor Thompson very thorough and knowledgeable. Techs very nice and helpful. Loved the follow up call the next day just to see if I had any more questions, see How my Fur baby was doing.

I take my parrot here and they've always been very friendly and honest, and do a great job handling my bird. The communication is always very clear, and during the pandemic it was also a very easy appointment. There have definitely been places I've gone to that I wouldn't trust again with the care of my bird, so I'm very glad I've found a place I can trust! The prices are reasonable for the quality they give

Even during COVID I was able to get my dog in next day without needing an emergency appointment or outrageous fee! Thank you Blue Oaks Veterinary for taking care of my lab on such short notice!

Competent and knowledgeable doctors and staff will immediately gain your confidence and trust. They are always happy to discuss your pet's needs and are very understanding with regard to your overall satisfaction and experience. Their rates and payment requirements are always reasonable and they sincerely desire to make your visit as accommodating and pleasant as possible. Your complete satisfaction is their goal and you will want to come back again and again for your pet's medical and overall health care needs.

I was extremely disappointed with this vet, very unprofessional and the staff that does not communicate. I went in to get a health certificate for my kitten, before I went in I emailed all health records along with all the information and they assured me it would be okay. When I arrived, they refused to do the health certificate. When we tried to leave they tried to charge me $45 and when I asked for what they told me they preformed an exam on my kitten which we did not ask for nor need. My family and I are PCS ing to another country and because of this vet office I am unable to bring my pet with me and will have to say goodbye to my pet. Very unhappy and I highly urge you to go elsewhere for your pets. *UPDATE* I was able to get into contact with another vet, they told me there was no problem with any documents with my pet and was just as puzzled as I was with how Blue Oaks was not able to issue an international health certificate. I was able to receive my health certificate within 24 hours and will be able to bring my pet overseas with me and for cheaper than what blue oaks was trying to charge. Very grateful for Arbor View, I very much recommend them for any of your pets needs! Arbor View went out of their way and opened their vet early to meet my pets needs which shows how much they care about their clients pets!

Horrific Doctors, aloof staff. Truly, this practice could care less about working with you on behalf of your pet. They'd rather work against you while charging big dollars for "care" your best fur baby doesn't need. Terrible experience for us!

I think most people who work exclusively with animals would almost prefer not to work with people and the pandemic really lends itself to encouraging that behavior. All of my consultations were conducted over the phone and email and made it quite a messy experience. I was not able to ever talk to the vet, and was asked to listen to my voicemail and call them back. To me that is a little rude. But I suppose it insulates the vet from ever having to talk to me. My friend went to pick up the pet for me, and although I told them this was OK 3-4 times, it caused them a lot of difficulty, and I got a somewhat agitated call from the clinic about what a huge legal problem it was for me to not pick up the pet. They ONLY accept payment via email and this is kind of a pain since you figure you can hand them money since you both have to drop off and pick up the pet at their location. The cat we dropped off was a stray, and through a series of interactions with two techs, we learned that they wanted $1200-$1400 to shave the cat, give her one shot, and to clean her teeth. This may be reasonable pricing, but seems out of line when you are in fact attempting to rescue a cat. Something just feels wrong about a situation where I am taking a cat off the street, but the vet still needs to maximize profit and is just fine with the animal being in pain. The pain is your fault and at YOUR expense if you find an animal. I don't think this is an uncommon approach or response that you would get from any Vet. The position they put you in is, pay $1200 for the 1-2 hours of work we are going to do and they could care less about the situation. They force you to either pay or take her to a shelter. Is there not another path?

Lovely clinic with a fantastic staff! We felt welcome there and they took care of everything in a timely manner, even taking the time to clean out our cat's crate he had messed up because he was nervous! We will definitely be regulars with him and any future pets we have.

Very nice and professional staff. Due to Covid I could not see inside the facility. Dr Thompson spoke with me by phone and was very professional and caring for my leopard gecko's health. She is extremely experienced and took excellent care of him. Highly recommend them.
