My dog ran out he was missing for 4 hours rosemead animal shelter had him I go to pick him up and they give me a bill for all different kind of shots meanwhile I had his paperwork at the house with his tag and he had all his shots they told me to bed $145 rip off

Very clean, great staff and caring with compassion.

First time as a walk in with a 3 week old kitten and they acted like total jerks. Would not recommend them at all.

I brought my puppy there. This is my first puppy and haven't owned any dogs before. The nurse and doctor were good. Doctor checked up on it and gave a vaccine shot and drug thru nose and mouth. It was quick and my ???? was calm .

The doctor is very professional but the nurse and assistance don’t know how to handle pets properly.They seem very scared of my dog which is a small dog just because he barks a lot.

To many people up in the front office not really doing much. Dr. Was very knowledgeable

I really enjoy the staff here. Everyone is really friendly, including the vet! Over time I started to notice that some times they can’t take walk ins and it’s getting longer to schedule appointments. But that just goes to show you everyone else likes this place too. Parking lot is a little small (I think there’s room in the back) and it’s a small office but they’re great I promise! Also much cheaper than other offices so win win!!

Garcia and I had as good of a time as possible visiting a doctor. Everyone was super dog friendly hahahaa but I'm being serious -- I can tell all the staff really cared about Garcia's well being :)

My dog got his shots and got neutered here. Be aware, if a vet comes inside the room when the nurse is giving a shot , you will get charged with well visit fees. Never were we informed of that

Dr. Liu and staff were very kind and loving to my cat. He had an eye infection and treated him with care as they were doing the examination. He always tells us what medicine he is going to be using for our cat. I would definitely come back again.

I took my sick cat to dr micheal liu last year. Him and his staff are very helpful. My cat is alive because of him. He is very knowledgeable. I recommend him highly.

I was very disappointed in this animal hospital. I had a very wild feral cat Rosemead Animal Control picked up for me. I wanted to pay for the cat so others who needed to use the funding established by Rosemead would be available. I wanted to pay for 1 day of boarding, so the wild cat could rest after surgery. Rosemead Animal Hospital charged me three days board, because the animal control dropped the cat off on Sunday. They said they charged me the rate they would charge Rosemead...end of story it cost me over a $100.00 to get a wild cat neutered because I care...if I went with the trap and release program it would have cost me NOTHING! I have not seen the released feral again!

First I want to say .. thank you doctor Michael Liu and 2 nurse in the hospital.. second.. this hospital take care and service the customer very nice and great ???? ???? ???? and so cheap... first time visitors only $32 dollars ... Again thank you doctor Michael and nurse ❤ ????

The worst place you can possibly go! I watched my cat suffer needlessly for 24 hours so they could make an extra $100. The Vet is cold heartless and blamed me for his bad condition. Horrible place. AVOID!!!

We took our dog in same day appt. Found she had an ear infection. The visit was quick n thorough, everything explained to us. The visit, exam, shot n meds were just a little over $100. I was so relieved. Staff was friendly.

A terrible experience. I brought my little cat Bobo to this animal hospital because she had a serious diarrhea problem. The vet concluded that it is a small problem without taking any serious test. Gave me three kinds of medicines and charged me outrageous high. I have to mention that one of the medicine so called by the vet that cure the diarrhea is impossible to feed actually. It is half liquid, very sticky and bitter. The vet asked me to feed Bobo three time a day and each time 1 ml. She was extremely painful to swallow. At last it turned out it is not useful at all. She got much more serious. Then we took her to other veterinarian and they just gave me one kind of pill and gave my cat an excrement test. It showed negative and the pill cure Bobo safe and sound.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, they handled my babies with love, and carefulness. The doctor explained everything in detail. what was to be done and why
