Fantastic service and care. Everyone is so friendly and took amazing and quick care of our rescue golden. He was feeling so much better in just a day or two. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I’ve taken all my babies here, each time they’ve experienced great care. The doctors AND techs are fabulous & so careful with my babies. I would rate this place 20 stars if I could. ❤️

Dr. Bang is a gentle vet, they have competitive prices and it can get crowded.

The experience of the clinic was really great. I have a kitty that has an infection around her eye and I went to a few urgent cares and the wait time was a week. So I called Gentle care pet clinic and they said I can bring my kitty the next day. The Vet was very professional and answered all my questions. Thank you Gentle Care. I have a follow up on my kitty Pixie. Pixie is doing great, her eye infection is a lot better and the scar is going away. Once again Thank you Gentle care clinic ????

Excellent service and great pricing

Very compassionate, helpful, and yet down to earth, realistic pet care. We love this place. Sometimes you do have to wait a while but not if you make an appointment or time things right…!

Great Vets and the staff are the best

I've never had a vet that was so hands on & competent with any animal I've had treated. He not only looked in his mouth & smelled his breath (by putting his nose in the dog's mouth), he praised & handled him with tender care ❤

We took our dog here recently and very thankful we did. Very caring doctor and office.

Our cat was in need of treatment after surviving a coyote attack. We were able to get her seen here and the doctors explained possible treatments and gave us options and the costs up front to allow us to make an informed decision. Compared to the other vet I encountered today this place is rocking it. For being such a small office they run things very efficiently compared to other offices. The staff was all friendly and they actually answered their phones even before office hours. Keep doing what you're doing guys :)

I’ve taken my cats and dogs to see Dr. Bang over many years. He has always been sincere about his care for every pet I’ve taken to him . Each visit has successfully treated the issue and not just the symptoms. He shares options if there are any to help keep costs down and still provide quality care. Yes, I’ve been to other vets . Unfortunately, I’ve lost 2 cats over many years at a cost of $700+ ( x-rays, meds, lab for cats with FVR or other obvious yet commonly known to vets symptoms) for care even I questioned as useless based on my 60 yrs with cats.. Hope and blind trust is expensive . Dr. Bang has never been so disreputable ! I highly recommend him.. If not available, I’ve used the Lakewood VCA with like results and quality care- just more expensive!!

It was my first time ever being t a Vet, since this is my first pet also. The Vet came out and talked to me and explained everything in detail. Very friendly and affordable.

I think I was up charged. The vet also told me if I didn't like it i could take my cat somewhere else. I don't think a whole body xray as well as blood work and 2 anti biotic wad needed. The 2nd antibiotic worked.

The doctors and their assistants are truly gentle with my cat. Happily they were gentle with me too. They explained everything thoroughly and with kindness.

This place is Fantastic I don’t know how anyone can give this place less than a 5 star rating????????‍♂️. Dr Bang and Dr. Kim are really good veterinarian’s and their prices are Very fair! and they only treat your pets as needed they don’t try to get you to spend ridiculous amounts of money like Banfield (Corp. franchise) petco (corp. franchise). I highly recommend Gentle care pet clinic to anyone who really cares for their animal and wants to them to actually be healthy! They’re better than most doctor’s for humans!????????‍♂️

They are a really great vet... Just a little hard right now having to wait outside (standing only) whole you're pretty is being seen.

This mall has nothing new, no good places to eat, and doesn't feel safe to me.

Been taking multiple animals to Gentle Care for quite some time now. Fast, efficient, and very caring for my animals. They are a little strict on the whole COVID stuff (which if you see from my other reviews I am not a fan of COVID protocols). All in all great place that I highly recommend to everybody. Call to make sure they have your animals vaccine. A while back I had to go to the VCA instead because they didn’t have a specific K9 vaccine.
