So thankful for all the care they gave my baby when I couldnt be there. She is still on the mens but without your love and dedication to what you do she would not still be fighting.

I left a message Monday morning about my cat, they explained it was a surgery day, and were able to get me in latter in the day. Very professional staff made me feel comfortable and really cared for my cat!

Bought the vaccine package. My dog was excited first time visit to see the nurse. But for the coming visits, she was so scared to see them. We don't know what happened inside because they don't allow us to get in. Also, the package incudes kennel cough vaccine(Bordetella), but my dog got the kennel cough while first visiting dog park after two months of accepting the vaccine. Not very happy with the experience.

Thank you for always taking care of my girl, Zia. A few months she was hit by a car in a freak accident. I made the hour commute from where I live to Animal Hospital of Walnut because, after called 15 vets, they were the only one who asked thurough questions over the phone and made every effort to see her same day (even though they were booked). They took great care of Zia and eased my panic and concern from the incident. Ever since, I have made them my primary vet and it’s always a positive experience making the trip and see them, including a recent visit for Zia’s allergies. The vet is very friendly and she always answers my questions and makes great recommendations. It’s peace of mind having a vet that cares about Zia and who will do their best to see and take care of her. I appreciate you guys!

We were in a three hour wait at another Emergency Pet Care Clinic and a lady, Jenny, parked in the stall next to us, told us about Animal Hospital of Walnut and that she loved the veterinarian and staff and there was a very short wait. I found the address and we drove from Upland to Walnut and everything Jenny told us was 100% true. And, we got the rabies and annual injections for our cat, Binny, in addition to the antibiotics and care of a wound from another animal. The interns and Veterinarian were exceptional, professional, calm and extremely efficient. The bill was very, very fair. We drove all the way back to our home in Riverside and won't hesitate to return to Animal Hospital of Walnut in the future if we need to. Thanks a million. "116" Stan and Jessie

This place will take good care of your pet. They speak good english but their prices are a bit higher than some of the other local vets. Not a 24 hr hospital...

I have been coming to Animal Hospital of Walnut for years. One of my furry boys was just diagnosed with diabetes and had surgery for a torn ACL shortly thereafter. The technicians and Dr. LeClair have gone above and beyond to assist me in caring for Jake's multiple dosing problems and needs along with his surgery. I am extremely pleased. As a retired ICU nurse, I could be a hard person to impress, but the Animal Hospital of Walnut gives me the comfort and care I demand for my furry boys????????

I had a terrible experience at Banfield in West Covina when I first took my puppy in for vaccinations. After the first trauma for me and my dog I called my friend who loves her dog and she recommended Animal Hospital of Walnut! Every encounter I had with them has been a positive one. My puppy is happy and so am I with their care. I highly would highly recommend them to anyone.

Please DO NOT go here, if you need a vet in the area I would recommend you check out Walnut Valley Animal Hospital on Nogales St. which is only a couple miles from here. They are so much better than this place - it's night and day. This place is expensive and they do not care about your pet, just about your money. I brought my Maltese in after he had been coughing nonstop. Dr. LeClair did some tests and performed an x-ray on him. They diagnosed him with pneumonia and prescribed us antibiotics. The total just for the tests and medicine was $900. Our guy got progressively worse over the next couple days so we brought him back and they said he had congestive heart failure instead and that we would need to bring him to emergency. So we paid nearly a thousand dollars for some basic tests and a MISDIAGNOSIS. We brought our Maltese to East Valley Emergency where he got better and was prescribed some heart meds. However, after a few weeks he seemed to regress and wasn't eating anything so we brought him back to Animal Hospital of Walnut. Dr. LeClair said he was looking much better and simply gave us a refill on the meds. The total for this visit was $200. At this point we were done with this vet... never once did we even see Dr. LeClair due to covid restrictions. During the last visit she literally spent less than 1 minute looking at our guy and still charged us $200 ($150 for meds + $50 for check-up). They misdiagnosed our guy initially and literally did NOTHING to help him get better while still charging us thousands of dollars. The vibe I got from Dr. LeClair and the whole staff was that they simply DO NOT CARE. I am never coming back here and urge anyone who is thinking about taking their pet here to reconsider.

My cat had an emergency and I needed to find a vet near by and I’m so happy I found this place. They’re very helpful and nice and understand that vet care can be expensive and try to help find good alternatives for you and your pet.

Very efficient. Very caring, patient and kind. The staff is wonderful and everyone seems to care deeply for my best friend. All questions get answered and procedures explained so I can understand them. I have trusted them with the light of my life for years and would recommend them.

An honest Vet who cares about their animal clients & does not find add-on charges to make more money. They work with you to find solutions that fit your budget. We are so happy to have found Animal Hospital of Walnut!!!

We have been using them for many years for our cat. Today, when our cat is in bad shape, Eliza, who is a nice lady, (?) at front desk said they were too busy to see him till Monday. I wished they had more empathy.

I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for Dr LeClair and Genesis. Under the current LA county orders people are not allowed in the office, but that doesn't mean that the staff here will not communicate with you. They go above and beyond to make sure you know everything they are doing with your furbaby. I had to bring my senior (pup at heart) doggie in for a nasty ear infection that wouldn't go away. We had previously been under the care of another vet, but was only prescribed a generic gel to use the old vet informed us it might be best to put her down because she was old and in pain. I went in search of another opinion. Dr LeClair swabbed my pups ears and explained in detail what we needed to you. Never did she mention putting my doggie down! I purposely didn't mention to Dr LeClair what the other vet proposed, I wanted to see if she would recommend the same. Thankfully she did not. Thanks again ladies for being awesome. Stay safe.

Absolutely the best! The staff was extremely helpful and great with my two little guys. The Vet took special care for both my dogs and took her time explaining the exam. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend the animal hospital of walnut

I brought in a very large difficult "mean" formally "feral" cat in a great need of grooming. When I picked him up he was a beautiful clean cat without mats!!. And thankfully no one was injured--neither the cat or the groomer!! Thanks, Christina. The cat is still "mean" but clean

Im not going back ever again. Their service is very bad. They dont care about your pets, just the money. Rather go to a vet that actually cares about my pet’s health.
