Very disappointed and wish I could go back in time and take my baby to a different vet in the first place, which I ended up having to do anyway. Dr Chahal is price gouging, luckily I work in the medical field and knew what he was talking about. When the unnecessary tests and meds were removed after a debate with him my bill went from $700 to $300. My dog is dying and he showed no compassion. Not only did he show no empathy but was rude and condescending when I questioned everything he was trying to charge me for. Then didn’t even give me any information on what to expect for my dog. I left with so many questions that I ended up having to go to a different vet to have answered.

Vet Tech Stefany is amazing with the animals and their pet parents. My kitty, Tobi, makes it extremely hard to trim his nails. Even when medicated, he fights like crazy. Stefany always gets the job done. They also give a senior discount.

We live in SF and our cat has a vet here..we're moving to London and taking her with us hence she needed an International Health Certificate issued 7-10 days before departure. Sadly my vet was booked for weeks and couldn't see her. After calling about 10 places and getting the same sob story I happened across this vet, gave them a call and no problem! We went today and, yikes...great experience! The doctor was so wonderful. My kitty HATES THE VET but he was so kind and gentle that she actually calmed down. I was in shock. The staff was so friendly and efficient. Filling out all the paperwork is an arduous task at best and they were completely perfect. We couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend this place! P.S. I can't stress strongly enough that if you are considering taking your pet to a foreign country it's imperative that you pay the bucks and hire a pet relocation company. There's no way anyone could handle all the requirements alone!!

All of the vet technicians are absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable, kind people. However, Dr. Chahal is extremely rude and condescending. He treats his staff poorly and consistently belittles them. As someone who previously worked there, the first 3 months I was there we had two girls quit because of his verbal abuse, and then I was fired after putting in my 2 weeks notice. Also, be sure to get treatment estimates before running any tests, as he is extremely money hungry as well.

Avoid at all costs. Dr. Singh couldn't hear my dog had heart conditions. Missed an ear infection. Wouldn't trust anything he said.

DO NOT GO HERE. Dr. Singh was the vet I saw. I am new to town and I brought my dog in to be seen I had my records sent but I don't think he read them. He came into the room and didn't even acknowledge my dog. During the exam, he listened to her heart and said good heart and lungs. I said you didn't hear a heart murmur? He said no, he checked again and still couldn't hear it. My dog sees a cardiologist, and has a heart murmur. He looked into her ears, saw nothing. But she also has an ear infection. I wouldn't trust anything this Vet said.

They really do deeply care for the animals they get. Some of if not the best customer service.

Noticed my cat favoring his left front foot with signs of discomfort. Concerned I called for an emergency visit. RPVC has the diagnostic equipment his regular vet does not have in his office (xray for example). That said I made an emergency appointment. I didn't see the different appearance between the right foot pad shape and left. Turns out his left foot is infected, the center pad was enflamed and tender due to infection. I'm very pleased with how the staff treated my cat..and interacted with me. The doctor reviewed this diagnosis and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Came home with medicine and strict instructions for his care. It's only been a day and I can tell he is feeling better. If you need medical care for your pet I would not hesitate contacting RPVC. 6/3/21 update All signs of a lame foot are gone. His pad has healed well and he has been back to his old self for several weeks with no sign of favoring his foot! Thank You Dr!

Brought my dog in. Was pushed for tests and insulted saying "they are not expensive you need to do them" when I said I wanted a second he was irate. I was told my dog had an infection. Sent home with antibiotics and today rushed my dog to the emergency room and we lost him. This vet is killing animals. And best believe I'm going to start something. This isn't the first animal he has killed.

This is hands down the most unprofessional and poorly run vet clinic I have ever seen. I have absolutely no clue how this place has over 2 stars, unless it went through change in ownership. We were supposed to get our dog spay here, after finally getting someone on the phone our instructions were to “bring her in around 8:30” no instructions on fasting, no anything. Upon arriving on the arbitrary date they set they were upset that my dog was not fasted. All they said was “someone should have called” but “no staff wanted to come in”. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE The Dr. Said my dog was fine and sent me home with some antibiotics. I took her to the emergency vet when her condition got worse. She had kidney failure. This Dr doesn't care about animals. He only cafes about the money in your wallet.

I've brought 3 cats here, though the veterinarians have changed over the years, the feel of the office has only gotten better. The assistants have been absolutely wonderful, and the doctors have been very compassionate to my pets and me. I will continue to bring my fur babies here and will recommend this office to anyone living in the area. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 I can't be in the room during the exam, I hope that changes, but I implicitly trust the staff with my animals.

So happy with this place! Everyone from the front desk assistant to the Dr were extremely nice and helpful. They are by far the best veterinary clinic in Sonoma County & there prices are unbeatable!!

Dr. G. is one of the very best vets I have been to in the last 40 years. He is extremely caring and compassionate. Doesn't pile on unneeded diagnostics. Doesn't over charge for his services. The staff is kind and efficient. My family felt very taken care of with a recent feline health scare -- even during the talk about being prepared for a worst case scenario. He personally follows up with test results and clearly explains everything - giving options and suggestions where needed. He even checked up on our cat during off hours to make sure he was improving. 5 stars and hearts❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

Great vet, great staff, great office. Let me start by saying I worked at a veterinary office for many years. We recently moved here from Los Angeles so we needed a new vet. Took my dog here for a prolonged cough. The front staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The doctor while kind, wasn't overly friendly but I'd rather have an experienced knowledgeable vet. Don't get me wrong he definitely wasn't rude or anything. He was just very to the point. I just thought I'd mention it because some of these reviews paint an unfair picture in my opinion. He was VERY thorough, very informative and knowledgeable. Took his time to explain the possible causes of the prolonged cough. He recommended bloodwork to get to the root of the issue. The front desk staff returned to give me an estimate to approve. They then took my dog back for a quick blood draw. They had us in an out in less than an hour which I appreciate as I had a toddler with me. They let me know when to expect lab results and that we could form a treatment plan once the results are in. The office itself was very clean, organized, all bottles properly labeled, and equipment looked up to date. If you're looking for a good vet with good staff, in my personal and professional experience, I highly recommend.
