Our dog loves to go to PetSmart. She gets really excited when we pull in the parking lot. She loves the people at the grooming salon.

They had the substrate I wanted. A little concerned about the quality of care with the fish. Not a huge selection.

Took my pup for her nail grind and they did a great job. My pup has been traumatized by nail clippings in the past, but here, they've been gentle and grind to the perfect length. They follow pandemic protocols, making this process safe and easy. The store is kept clean. We'll continue to visit this facility.

It's alright... Came for cat flea worm pills which they didn't have but on the flea medicine, they did. Their customer service was decent.... Glad it's at my neighborhood!!!

The shelves were pretty bare today. Hardly any Friskies canned food- only about 4 flavors. Fancy Feast was very limited as well.

I brought my dog inside the store and she puked and I pretended like I didn't see it. Sorry about that but your store is nice.

Very prompt service. The young gentleman who helped me was very helpful very courteous and I can see that everybody there is trying to work to meet the requirements of Petsmart.

Big petsmart with a lot of pet supplies and need. Not a big selection of pets though. A few rodents, a few reptiles, an ok selection of fish and hit or miss adoption opportunity for a cat. Overall a nice pet store with lots of parking and friendly staff.

Employees are friendly, asked right away if I needed help. Was a bit concerned that a few of the fish tanks had dead fish floating around

I love PetSmart I just wish it wasn't so expensive. Kelly the manager at the Rohnert Park store is super nice and very helpful too!!

I used coupons from the rescue society I got my pup from and saved a bunch on treats, toys, and a collar & tag !

They take such good care of my pup at the groomers. I highly recommend Angel she is simply the best, really she is so kind and my pup felt super comfortable with her.????
