Really nice wonderful staff and doctors. You can tell they all really love animals and what they do. I also think they are one of the more reasonably prices vets in our area.

Friendly staff that is kind to our anxiety ridden dog. She is an absolute mess, scared and difficult every time we have to go for a visit. They are always patient and sweet to her. We appreciate the staff tremendously.

I am over the top pleased with the staff and this facility! I called this morning (as a new patient) with a request to be seen as soon as possible. They were so kind and offered me an appointment time immediately. Everyone was so gentle with our dog and took the extra effort to discuss additional care beyond what we were initially in for this morning. We are making a permanent change to Cotati Small Animal Hospital and I highly recommend to anyone with fur babies! Thank you for all you did for us this morning!!!

These people who are working at the Cotati Small Animals Hospital are fantastic!! I took my cat, Ms.Muffin on an emergency. My first time to see them. Unfortunately, Ms.Muffin who would have been 18 years old this January passed away in my arms. What the people who work there sent me a card saying how sad they were for my loss!! I broke down in tears that they cared enough to do this!! They were professional and caring. Believe me I know that when I decided to get another cat, this is the place that I will go to to have all the cat's care taken. I have already recommended there services to others with pets.

They are great. Years ago they did cancer surgery to remove a tumor from my dog and my dog lived another 6 years
