Very nervous about taking our cat to a new place to get her claws trimmed but they were wonderful with her. We'll be back and have no hesitation recommending them highly.

I called and made an appt. She said "how about 3 oclock when all the dogs are gone". I brought my cat in and dropped her off. 2 hours later, she hadn't called so I went by. Still doing dogs, and my cat was in a small carrier All this time. Unprofessional!!! The she rushed my cat in 30 minutes and charged 90 dollars for what other places charge 50. I nor my cat will ever be back.

I took my Shasta in for a wash and groom today for the first time at Wash and Wag. I am very happy with the outcome. I will be back next month. 10 stars.

I've been taking my dogs to Christine for years. She does a great job and they come home looking fresh and clean after their "spa day."

She was quick, kind and professional. I would definitely recommend Wash and Wag.

Our Shih Tzu was overdue for a grooming when the state shut down. Fast forward eight weeks and she looked like a dog who stuck her tongue in an electric socket, grabbed an aerosol can of AquaNet and a blow dryer, and teased it out to an 80's standard my wife would be proud of. I asked Christine to do her best knowing that Lemon isn't the best grooming customer...I was just hopeful that we would be able to see her eyes again... When we picked her up, we couldn't have been happier. I'll post a picture as that will be better than any description I could provide. Thank you so much. We'll see you again soon!

Wash and Wag Grooming was recommended to me by a woman I met at the Peet's Coffee House in Fair Oaks, CA. She told me that the best place to take my dog to was to Christine Peterson in Rocklin, CA. She told me that Christine (the owner) was very good with difficult dogs (Cody is 13 years old) and would be a good match for me and my little buddy! Christine was very professional with Cody and handled him with great care and a loving hand. I was more than pleased with her direct style and care she showed to Cody.

Christine has been taking care of my cat for years! She always does a great job and is very caring.

After a bad experience taking my dog to Pet Smart I tried Wash & Wag. I have always had a positive experience. Friendly staff and my dog looks great! I do not understand all the bad reviews. I have never had a problem. Love this place.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT HURT OR DEAD! I liked the owner when I first met her, but now I think she is an awful person, that has no regard for the welfare of animals. It's funny how people can put up a front just to make a buck! My dog while her care was severally injured. He strangled to the point that caused most of his capillaries in both eyes to bust. I had to take him to the vet and the vet confirmed that he had significant trauma. It's been about a month and now he chocks and coughs all the time due to being strangled while in her care. At first when I called to asked if anything happened to him, she denied it. After a few minutes she admitted that he fell from the grooming table, while still tethered around his neck, not just once, which can be an accident, but a few times (her words). Now reading YELP today I see the same thing happened to another dog. This makes me sad and angry. What is it going to take for this women to not be allowed around animals anymore. A death!?

I love this place! They work quickly and save me a ton of money. They also have great suggestions for dog care, and even provide cookies for humans-- wow!

I brought my cavalier king in for nails, wash and a trim for an 11am appointment. I was promised she would be done by 2pm and when it was about then, I got a call and she was ready. I don't know why there are all the negative reviews, but they were punctual, professional, reasonably priced and my dog looked great. I will definitely be returning when she starts getting scruffy. I chose to overlook the harsh reviews since they are 3-5 years old and I didn't want to judge them by something that might have happened that long ago.

I called to see if there was any opening and was told $55 for a mini mini maltese. That is ridiculous. Will never call back again.

I've been going to wash and wag for almost 4 years now! The owner is always smiling great with animals, and so friendly! I would recommended her to everyone! Great, safe place for your pets!!!
