I’m seeing a trend of people saying that their pets smelled really bad when they picked them up from care. This was indeed our case when we recently picked our dog up. In addition to smelling like pee, she had a mark on her chest signaling she had been perhaps sleeping on the floor? Covid restrictions prevent us from verifying any of the conditions where the dogs sleep; at the moment though, all signs point towards inadequate and substandard care. Quite disappointing.

I wanted so badly to love this place and tried to give it second and third chances unfortunately i will never bring my dog here again. The first time we used this kennel they fed my dog HALF the amount i asked them to, but it was her first time there so I figured it was an honest mistake and tried again the second time my dog smelled like she had been laying in pee for 3 days when i picked her up. And this final time the woman at the desk told me that my dog wouldnt eat on the first night and spilled her food over. Then said she ate fine the next 2 nights. Well when she gave me back the food bag, which i specifically only gave them as much as they would need plus one extra scoop (she eats 4 scoops a day) the bag was still more than half way full! There is no way they fed her the amount that I asked them to. I wish this wasnt the case as they are the closest kennel to me and a good price but i will have to find somewhere else to take my dog in the future :(

I tried this place twice. Both times the place stunk, but today was so bad that I could wait inside while she got my dog. And of course my dog smelled just that bad.

No worries, treat like he was home.

We've been bringing our two dogs there since they were puppies and they treated them like family until the very end. The last of the two just passed at 13, but they did everything they could to make his experience comfortable and welcoming, despite the burdens and obligations that came with his old age. They have been wonderful for our family.

We'll never bring our dog here again. Lady at the desk was very rude, and our dog was filthy when we picked him up. Highly recommended to find another kennel!

Always take my dog here.They love on him and treat him like family.I like it cuz he can come and go in his kennel.There's a dog door from his kennel to a little fenced run so he can visit other dogs and walk around.Not stuck in a pen 24hrs a day.Great place extra amenities also available i.e... Walks nails bath groom tick removal.

they are so friendly, alert, and caring and my boy absolutely loves it there. i pick him for a the day and bring him back and he's sooo happy to come back to the kennels. they have my respect and i recommend them to everyone!
