Although there is always a long wait, even if you have an appointment, you will receive the best care possible.for your fur baby. They are very upfront with you about pricing, the reality of the situation and medical condition of your beloved pet, and try to do their best.

The receptionist(s) that work here are amazing! My fur child/cat "king" has received excellent care from here. When I've traveled, they communicated with out-of-state pharmacies to ensure that I had the right sedation medication so that King would be o.k. during the long travels. I can't tell you the difference the driving was for us! Especially King. He used to be so uncomfortable that I avoided taking him on long trips or, they were very trying on him and us. Not anymore! King now rests peacefully, no crying, no sluggishness. They really explained to me the type of medications and they really know their business! I love this place, and you will too! Maggie helped me and Fida helped me this go around. They are the absolute best ever. I highly recommend.

Didn’t know the day had come when basic empathy had all but disappeared. Apparently asking for some advice can’t be afforded by these people. You’ll be met with unjustified indifference, and forced to frantically search for help from somewhere else. Guess money is the only motivation for lifting a finger to help someone nowadays.

It's a good place but kind of a long wait, for your pet to be see.

Been coming here for about four years, mostly for check ups or vaccines for my cat. Last week I had to take him in as he kept vomiting all day and night. It's by appt only, I got lucky as they had a cancelation so I was able to take him in the same day. Even with an appt you still might need to wait as they seem pretty busy most of the time but that's fine by me. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and kind. When it came time to discuss potential tests to find out the cause I didn't feel pressured into anyone of them and was shown told which is test was for and was given the cost. After his tests the doctor explained what was found on each test and explained what it meant. That part felt really personable to me instead of just saying they didn't find anything definitive that was wrong. The Doc explained what to look for in the next 24 hours and what I should do if he kept vomiting but luckily for me my little man got better. I'm without a doubt going keep coming to The Pets Place Animal Hospital for anything my cat needs. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Been going to The Pets Place for our animals for over20 years, clear back to-when it was called (Wilds Veterinary). The staff is efficient, helpful , and you can tell they love animals! I totally trust their expertise . Our pets are really part of our family so I want them to have the best care. I believe we find it at the Pets PLace.

It's only been a short time that I've been coming to this clinic; so far, I love everything about it, from the Vets, staff, cleanliness, and the care they put into pets. I can not thank this place enough for the assistance they provided for me and my Chihuahua. She was dying. Blood gushing, seizures. I previously went to the emergency hospital in Arlington and didn't give us the attention needed...so I called the pets place and came. They took her right in and no...my Chihuahua didn't make it. But the service when I was there. I felt cared for. I mean really cared for. And this wasn't the first emergency we had with them. I really can't stress it enough what a great staff they have here. Thank you.

New puppy check went great. Dr K the techs and staff are great. Also got a great new puppy gift!

I discovered them when it was time to say goodbye to my 15 year old husky shepherd mix, the vet came to the house and took care of her. It was a very peaceful experience. Since then we have become faithful clients and couldn't be happier. They address the problems and take a let's see approach rather than jumping into tests that possibly are not necessary. They handled the issues with covid as well as possible and things seem to be back to normal.

The staff is very friendly and caring .They have a Dog and Cat spa service.

I live in SW Riverside county so this is a trek - HOWEVER! They have gotten us in very quickly, the staffers are so nice and very caring, their follow up is impeccable. And the pricing... let's put it this way I am on a fixed income and I was able to afford the surgery. This is the 3rd time I have been to them and they are AMAZING

Everyone who works there is courteous, cheerful, friendly, efficient, and professional. The vets are really good. I drove an hour and a half to make sure my dogs could be treated by Dr. Hodgeson. Its the peace of mind you get when you know that your animals are so well concerned for.

All of the staff are friendly, the doctors are super thorough and do great work for a really great price. The doctors are also some of the only ones in the area who offer opportunities for students to learn. Thank you so much!

This is my first time with a dog, and the staff at this animal hospital were so patient with me, answering every question I had, and there were a lot. This is a very knowledgeable staff, very friendly, and every other customer that I met on my visit there could not stop raving about this place. These people are the only place I will take my puppy now.
