This review is for KAREN in the back office who just started a few weeks ago, I hope BANFIELD OR HER SUPERVISOR see this, she called me to explain what the Dr. found in my dog Birdie's exam and she took the time to explain my options and also listened to my responses etc. THANK YOU KAREN!! in the past I have NOT received the patience and kindness Karen has showed, therefore because of Karen I may renew my yearly plan for Birdie.

I can never see a vet the same day or within a few days anymore. I can't even do dropoff like before. I emailed them medical records from another hospital and still haven't heard back from them. What's the point of their insurance if I have to always wait weeks to schedule an appointment? All of the vets change too often.

They are good for scheduled prevention but not ones in 2 years have they been available when my dog is sick or injured. I’ve always had to pay elsewhere. Don’t bother with they membership.

Excellent service. Drop my dog off for a check up and they took good care of him. They called me to pick him up and discussed a plan to keep him in good health. I'm very satisfied with the service.

I enjoy Banfield here in riverside/ Moreno Valley. The customer service is great and you can always request a specific doctor if you choose to. They’re very kind and extremely helpful even when I have dozens of questions they don’t mind answering any of them, they care about your pet as much as you care about him/ her. I’ll most likely be taking every animal to this location for a while.

Great experience,my dog gets very nervous around people and surroundings he isn't familiar with,and Banfield MV went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable,I highly recommend them...great service and staff we will be back

They are great for shots and checkups where they can get their money for 15 minutes work. But, twice in the last two months, I have called to have my sick, senior dog seen, and they are too busy. They told me to try another Banfield! If you just want shots, they are ok. If your dog gets sick or injured, they are not going to help you

Employee tested positive for COVID-19?? I had an appointment for my dog. He really needs to see the vet. Senior dog. My appointment was on June 18, 2020. I show up and the place is closed. I never received any calls letting me know. When I asked why they were closed, an employee from PetSmart said a person working for Banfield TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19. Really? Why not shut the whole store down to be disinfected? Putting others at risk.

We had an emergency with my daughter 's dog on a Sunday. We both thought that it was going to be very expensive but it was very reasonable. On top of it the vet was right on with his diagnosis. We would use them again without hesitation.

NO STAR. I GOT TURNED OUT AFTER WAITING 20 MINUTES AT THE DESK FOR THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY DENIED TO REMOVE A BANDAGE FOR MY KITTY WHICH WAS PUT ON AFTER THE VACCINE WITH BANFIELD. I HAVE A ACTIVE CARE FLUS FOR MY CAT AND I ALREADY PAY THE WHOLE ANNUAL FEE. YES. NOT MONTHLY. I AM VERY MAD. BANFIELD PLEASE HAVE A VERY GOOD REPLY WHEN ITS SAID “ UNLIMITED OFFICE VISITS”. WHEN MY KITTY BACK LEG WAS STOLEN. AND I DECIDED TO STOP FOR A CLOSEST BANFIELD LOCATION. WORST THING I EVER HAVE

Horrible place dont ever go here. Took my dog in for a checkup and they claim everything is fine and after running tests they say go to the specialist but you dont have to we can also give you these pills. They charge me over 300$ so i sign up for the plan whoch was only 50$ a momth compared to the initial 300$ upfront. Thwn a month later we take her back in for liver issues again and they literally took her back right when we got there and then came out and said shes not gonna make it. This is all within a month or so of her being fine at the last checkup and tests. Now my dog is dead and were heartbroken and on top of that we had to pay 200$ for her ashes and here we are 3 months later and still havent heard from them or gottwn her ashes back at all. Im also still payong for the plan for my dead dog because they wont let me get out pf it ao i payed 100$ the first visit then 50$ for that month then the 50$ a month every month since then for a dead dog. These people have no heart or skill and are completely unprofessional in all ways.

Staff is friendly. One of the vet techs especially helped us when it was time to let our Bobbie dog go, she took great care of us. We got him cremated and when we picked him up there was a card with personal sentiments about him from each of the staff that really touched our hearts.

My dog got very sick a week prior to the situation that sparked my hatred for banfield. She had jaundice and they said “she should be fine here’s some pills for her) and why don’t you sign her up for the wellness plan) low and behold without fail we woke up and she was unresponsive and couldn’t eat or anything and we rush her in and they take her straight back and everything and leave us in the room for like an hour and come back and just say oh she has to be put down. At this point I’m freaking out but I go back to tell my baby I love her and I’m sorry. I paid 200 dollars for her to get cremated and they did it (as far as I know) it’s been months since this happened and Im not aloud to cancel my wellness plan so I’m paying for a dead dog as well as the ashes which I never received. Do. Not. Go. Here.

I made an appointment for my dog and upon arriving on time. I was asked to wait to be helped as the receptionist was finishing up with the client ahead of me. The receptionist (she wore no name tag but has a stethoscope tattoo on her right elbow) continued to converse with the person ahead of me with no rush or urgency to help others in line. She typed things in the computer one letter at a time and performed check ins extremely slow considering the line was growing. The receptionist called the back at least twice for back up and no one came. Once I was finally helped she continually kept hopping back and forth between customers therefore making the check in process over 20 min. Considering my appointment was at 11:30am and for nothing drastic (it was just to address a foxtail in his paw) after dropping him off and not hearing from anyone by 3pm I began calling and no answer. I called banfield over 20 times and remained on hold every time and wasn’t able to get through to anyone. I called petsmart, the groomers no response. By now I need to waste my time to drive out there without knowing if he’s ready or not or what’s going on. As I’m making my way over to banfield around 4pm I get a call that they looked at him and will need another hour to “shave and flush his paw”. Almost 5 hours just to get him looked at only for them to request another hour to actually do what it is they were supposed to do at his scheduled appointment time (11:30am) All without calling not once for an update. Staff continually give excuses and reasons as to why this behavior was appropriate. Especially this receptionist with the stethoscope tattoo. Even when expressing my concerns, her customer service skills were terrible as she continually cut me off and interrupted what I was saying to further defend their actions which were unacceptable. Never bringing my pet here again

Really enjoyed the staff here. I didnt feel like I was being pressured to buy a bunch of needless meds for my pet and I really appreciated the attention and care they gave my pet. Glad this is my new home vet. I've been with Banfield for several years but this location was new for me. So I'm glad they went above and beyond my expectations

Love this place, the personal are very polite and the Doc & Nurse were amazing to my blue nose. Definitely my go to spot for my dog.

You can look but you won't find a nicer staff or a better vet than Tawnie at the desk and Dr. Abolnik (the vet)

Thanks for putting up with all my needs to get my dog to Hawaii. I do recommend this animal clinic and the staff has been very helpful and kind! I think Luna, my dog, likes them too.

It’s a great pet hospital. It is a bit pricey though but other than that, the staff were very nice and patient with my German Shepard. I really recommend going to Dr. David Abolnik, he is very kind and understanding.
