Small Animal Hospital Riverside, California

Missed a appointment during the start of pandemic 2020. Now I am unable to return as they have banned me. Unable to take our pets here. Found another vet that works with you and allows you to be in person with your pet upon services rendered. There are a lot better options in Riverside for a veterinarian. I recommend looking elsewhere. Prior to them banning me I was a customer of years. I don't get it but with how unprofessional they are, they won't be around for years to come. Stay clear of this veterinarian.

Excellent caring staff. My dog was treated like a king. Dr. Davis was outstanding.

Does not make sense that they are still not accepting new clients. Several vets in the city are also doing this. Shelters want us to adopt but no one is available to care for them.

Dr Davis and all staff are excellent with your pets. They can handle most any pet even exotics. Covid restrictions make things a little more difficult and more rules but it's all for the best. Once they are accepting new clients, I highly recommend them for your fur babies as their doctors.

Wouldn't take my cats any other place! Kind, efficient, knowledgeable, reasonable prices.

Everyone is so kind and friendly. Extremely professional. Dr. Laure' Ross is absolutely BRILLIANT!!!!! That is an understatement. This is the place to go when it comes to professional medical care for your pets. Highly recommend.

Dr Davis is a fantastic Veterinarian he took wonderful care of our Dog Mimzy and so did his staff

Since Dr. Whilds retired they have been my vets . I think they are good very throw and caring. But a little on the expensive side . I understand why most people don't understand how much animals realy cost they only think of the fact that their kids want a dog or cat and they think back to a time when they got there first dog or animal and they want their children to have those same experiences but they have no contengancy plan if their animal gets sick or injered. Dont like handing over my pet during this pandemic hope those policies change soon.

Love them but can't wait till we can go in with our pets.

I don't have much experience with animal.hospitals, as our cat is the first pet I've ever had. However, they are very friendly and treat my cat Phinley like a champ every time I bring him in to get his nails trimmed.

Have been taking our pets here on and off for 30 years. Recently our very high maintenance dog..Olive.. who only likes female vets ...to see Dr Ross. The Doctor evaluated her during clinic lunch time while practicing Covid protocols. You can not do better than these professionals at Small Animal Hospital.

Everyone here is wonderful. Helpful, knowledgeable. Wonderful with my dog. Even during this pandemic they've been understanding and patient.

LOVE the way Small Animal Hospital team really cares about their patients. Mindful of COVID19 precautions, staff did a thorough intake prior to our arrival then masked staff met us at front door for baby hand off. Evaluation was quick while we waited and we left with everything we needed to get on road to recovery.. Pricing reasonable--and they give a 10% discount to seniors.

I am really impressed with the quality of service I’ve received from the staff at Small Animal Hospital and I have been recommending them to everyone looking for veterinary care for their beloved pets. Of course they are knowledgeable, but they are also compassionate, understanding, and caring. I’ve been coming here for the past three years and we’re saving my cat from hyperthyroidism AND kidney failure. I highly recommend coming here with your loved ones; they will get the care they need without you having to suffer financially.

I've been bringing my pets to Small Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Davis, Dr. Fine and Dr. Whitaker are the absolute best! I haven't seen Dr. Ross yet but look forward to meeting her on a future visit. They have treated our dogs from puppyhood, through adulthood, into mature years and then held our hands and cried with us at the end. We recently had a close call with one of our dogs and Small Animal Hospital, along with Drs. Fine & Whitaker, saved my dog's life by knowing exactly what to do. They also saved my sanity by keeping me informed and educated throughout the ordeal.

Dr. Davis and his staff are awesome!! I admire how they are still seeing their patients with this pandemic going on! Way to go Small Animal Hospital!!
