I would suggest elsewhere if you value your animals well being and would like respectful customer service. They are local and I wish I could give them a positive review. But, after at least 5 or more visits with my two dogs, I've experienced up charges, not needed drugs/recommendations of procedures and some rude customer service.

Loved the quality of care I received here, my dog got a teeth cleaning and extractions, I felt like the prices were reasonable and the facility was nice and clean. Would recommend to family and friends

Went in because 10 month old puppy was throwing up, had diarrhea and didn't want to eat. They ran blood tests and put her on an IV. After a day and $1,200 later, the doctor said he didn't know what caused it but dog was better and suggested special dog food. Said to "keep and eye on her" The puppy still did not want to eat much and several weeks later we took her back (earliest appointment available) This time the doctor again ran a blood panel and said he would contact us the next day. It has now been a week and we have not heard from the doctor. We have called 5 times and went down in person, but were always told the doctor was busy and would call us. (when we went down in person the parking lot was empty and all the staff were standing around talking - but the doctor was too bust to talk to us) We took our puppy to Calimesa Vet and the doctor was able to confirm our suspicions (Giardia) and put her on medication.

Since the pandemic hit, Redlands Animal Center has really stepped up to help the community. My fur baby had to undergo unexpected surgery, and was immediately taken care of. Dr. Burch and every staff member are caring, and personable. They go out of their way to treat us with kindness, and it is so appreciated!

I adopted a kitten 5 days ago and am bottle feeding him. He was scheduled for his first appointment in 2 weeks but was sneezing and having some gross problems that I determined were an emergency. I called Animal Medical Center and they were able to see "Zion" within a few hours of my call. The staff was extremely kind, caring, and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. (Side note, I RARELY write reviews. I just really want to support AMCR because they were so good to me and Zion. I am receiving ZERO perks for this review.) Zion goes back on September 7th for the start of AMCR's "Kitten Care Package" which includes micro chipping, parasite exam, and vaccinations. I'm happy to be a new client here.

I have used AMCR since moving to Redlands 8 yrs ago. They treated my 18 yr old cat up to the end and helped me with my new cat who is healthy and happy. They worked with me on allergic reactions to vaccines. They treat your pets with care and respect.

Every employee I spoke with was very kind and patient and explained every part of the process to me. I brought my dog in after she was injured in a fight with another dog, and I was really upset, so having a kind group of people taking care of her really helped me. They had to suture her wound and gave me extensive instructions for how to care for her at home.

I went to Dr Burch as a second opinion, and the last hope for my sick poodle. Her temperature was high and no one knew what was wrong with her. I had taken her to her veterinarian who told me to take her home. Dr Burch’s nurse immediately took blood and her temperature, called the doctor and started her on antibiotics. A few days later, Dr Burch discovered she had endocarditis and put her on IV antibiotics. She was under their care for 5 weeks until her blood levels and her inflamed heart went back to normal. They saved her life. The entire staff is so professional. Darlene was there every day giving her the meds she refused to take at home. My dog loves them and feels so comfortable being there. Thanks to them, her little heart is beating next to me every night. I am so grateful for their care.

Took my pup here when she was having some hip pain, they were able to take our appointment when her normal vet wasn’t. We had virtually no wait from check in to being taken back. Lisa stayed with us the whole time and was so friendly and knowledgeable about the vaccine boosters she was recommending. Then Dr. Burch came in and was just as friendly and comforting. Turns out my baby has arthritis and allergies causing frequent ear infections (something I had taken her to the previous vet for several times and they never told me what caused her ear infections). Like other reviewers said, it is a little pricey. For me, the ease and comfort is absolutely worth the cost and we will be coming back!

We tried getting an appointment for my cat and are anticipating an xray is needed. We asked what the cost of an xray might be and she said she could not tell us and hung up when we were trying to figure out if we could even afford the test we needed if we already paid for an appointment then would have to leave anyways. Having a sick pet is bad enough. Having to talk to someone who might be able to help but is uncaring and not compassionate is worse. Not sure why we were treated this way.

Earlier this week, my 9 year old Shih Tzu needed to have emergency surgery and Animal Medical Center was able to take her in when everyone was booked. They saved her life because i don't know how many days were left if she didn't get the surgery. They kept her a couple days to make sure she was okay to come home. They are the best staff i have seen in awhile! Thank so much for helping my baby. Now she is resting at home, looking good for a speedy recovery. Highly Recommend.

I am a very upset client. I first had my dog go in as an emergency because she was vomiting blood they said her liver was the problem. After that first visit everything went down hill. For the second check up doctor did not even talk to me about the results from my dog's blood work that was done to check on the liver and couldn't answer simple questions i had. The reception never goes over the details of the payment invoice that I was being charged out for. There is so much more but it does down to is no staff to staff communication and no staff to client communication. Again very upset and disappointed.

My dog was attacked by a coyote here in the mountains and no vet was available ti next week. AMC in Redlands was also booked solid but made a place for my fur baby. He needed surgery and other tests. They were wonderful. He will be fine thanks to them. We are so grateful for them!!

My senior pug had developed ulcers in his mouth. I called Animal Medical Center of Redlands and they were very responsive. Upon arrival staff were very efficient in getting him checked in, especially considering the changes that have had to be made due to the COVID pandemic. Dr Burch was professional, friendly, and informative. He and his staff took good care of Elvis. He is like a new “man!” I can truly say I was happy to pay their fee as exchange for his improvement. Thank you AMCOR!

Animal Medical Center of Redlands is a wonderful place to take your furry family members! I have been coming here for my dogs for over 3 years. I always leave feeling that my pets are in good hands and everything that could be done was done. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of and the bedside manner from the people that work here is great! They are always so kind and willing to answer any questions/concerns I have. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to understand if I have a budget. They have helped my dogs countless of times. My oldest dog has skin allergies and because of them she no longer suffers from brake outs. My other dog has been dealing with a bladder infection this past few weeks and they have been wonderful with trying to figure out what bacteria is causing it. My pets are in great hands here and I will always go to them for my furry family members. I highly recommend them!

I find that the health care and concern for my pets well bing are of great importance to those that work at this Animal Medical Center. When I have a concern about either of my Bichon Frisse's health, they are willing to them within 24 hours.

This vet was recommended but we have experienced less than quality service. First was a six month prescription of simparica that expired four months in. Second was rude and aggressive behavior from the receptionist when I brought our dog back for his “six month” dental check. I was told this was not necessary and why did I make the appointment—- I did because your extremely expensive dental cleaning. Third was Saturday’s visit. Without telling us would up muzzling then having three people hold down our 11 month old golden retriever pup to get a blood draw. He was so scared he pooped all over the floor and gave a low growl. Because of covid we had to sit in the car. We would have never allowed them to do that if we would have been inside. When questioned about the visit the following Monday only then do they give the details. No wonder our pup was frightened when he was returned. NEVER AGAIN. When I asked for an apology, Stephanie says. “I’m sorry your upset. “. She was less than helpful. When I ask for a cal from the vet she says “He’s well you know not too good right now”. She says he can call in 4-5 days. When pushed she says “I’ll have him call you tomorrow “. This place has lost our business. Two golden retrievers who are given extreme care. I won’t allow you to torture my dog ever!
