Very nice and clean very nice receptionist.

This used to be a reputable veterinarian. Over the years, they have become very dishonest. It has been years since I have been able to see the primary vet, Dr. Alice. When I asked to speak to her directly, I was sent a letter saying they wouldn't see my pets any longer. Sadly, they are no longer a reliable veterinary clinic. If you love your pets, bring them elsewhere.

Front desk and whoever answers the phone are extremely unprofessional. Unkempt and rude . I’ve never seen anyone like this and the attitude is unreal . I believe her name is Emily who I last spoke to with. My question to you Emily is why are you such a miserable rude person? I saw her make faces and rude remarks to a couple who didn’t speak English very well . I am disgusted It’s not just her . All the people working the front desk are extremely unprofessional. I stayed at this poor excuse of a vet clinic for Dr Alice but I cannot deal with the horrendous front staff. Do not bother and bring your pets here. You will be treated like trash like the trash who works the front desk

Staff is very caring and prices are reasonable

Always welcoming and they give you a variety of treatment options.

Helpful, attentive vets and techs. A bit more expensive than other vets, but the care is definitely worth the cost.

App was on 11/3/21@11:35 and its now 12:05 and no sign of them calling her in, its pretty frustrating when you have a set app you expect to be called around the time, not sure if they think we have all the time in the world to sit outside with our dog!!!! I will be looking for a faster vet and better service…

Very caring staff, amazing doctors. And currently (9/25/21) they let one person in with the pet for the visit. Something I find invaluable right now. My favorite vet in my area

Kinda expensive for me personally but overall great service.

Poor service and not professional. The Vet nor the staff on site are helpful. The goal is pet care. Overall scheduling and timing are bad and below average. Organization is poor and you may spend 2 hours on site for services that require 15 min. After spending a good amount of money on in house services on a follow up visit, the clinic refused to help me with trying to order medication online (pet meds etc). They made the whole process difficult and even lied to me over the phone multiple times and refused to send over any prescription to any vendor. I was trying to save a few dollars after spending a good amount on pet care. At this rate how can I come back for additional care as they are clawing for every dollar. This place comes off as greedy and advantageous.

The experience I had at this veterinary hospital bringing in my bulldog is an okay. So far they have taken care of my bulldog puppy with his da2p shots. I don't like the fact that if you show up 5 minutes late for your appointment or if they don't answer the phone like in my case, I was in my car waiting for 7 minutes trying to get a hold of them because the lobby was closed. Then when I finally did get a hold of them they said I've missed my appointment, they cancel your appointment and you would have to reschedule. when you reschedule it takes 2 weeks for another appointment. I don't know if it's because of covid but they don't allow children in the waiting room. Also they're not too informative you have to ask a lot of questions.

I will not be going back! Waited over 30 min after my appointment time before I left. Was just there for a nail trim. A vet out of all places shouldn't have you wait in the 100 degree weather outside with an animal!

I would give it zero if possible

We have been taking our dogs here for years, always great service vets are great, unfortunately we have had to have 2 of our dogs put down in the last year and they are very compassionate and very care during the hard ordeal.

I took my two dogs to Lincoln Plaza Vet. yesterday. All the staff was so professional but I was very impressed with one of the veterinary technicians named Alejandra. She was so extremely kind to my dogs and myself. I could tell that she loved her job and the animals. She was an excellent representative for Lincoln Plaza Vet. clinic.

Very friendly and kind people working here. Clean facility also. Overall I'm comfortable bringing my pets here, sometimes it may be a long wait even with an appointment. Other than that no issues.

Able to work me in at the end of the day when my cat woke up with an oozing abscess! So glad to find relief for him and get antibiotics started the same day rather than having to wait until the next day! Dr. Day was great!

Dr Alice Gaetner is absolutely the best. We have visited this facility just because she is here. The balance of the staff... Not so great the last couple of years.

Surely recommend this place... Very nice staff

Lost a dog to them; found out later it was due to food allergies. They kept testing for the wrong thing. Bills pilled up while the dog health went from bad to worse. This lasted for a few weeks.

Pretty friendly folks. Price was a little bit high. Over100 bucks for a nut job on my g-daughters cat ????. But then again it was the first animal i ever took to the vet

Slower than they were pre- covid.

We came here for an emergency when no other vet would see us because they were all booked solid. Even though Lincoln was also booked, they sent out a technician to look at our cat because they could see we were worried. They weren’t able to see us, but they were able to give us an evaluation. It is very clear that they genuinely care about animals and take their jobs very seriously.
