Great place, friendly staff, and its good socialization for my pup! We prefer a suite vs kennel, and they give a report card at pickup which is a nice touch.

Geralt of Riverside loves this place. Always super excited when we bring him for daycare and always sad when we are in the area and drive by without dropping him off. Receptionists are all super friendly and my pup always leaves super happy which to me speaks for itself.

Everyone is so caring of our pets. I was leary of leaving our rescue because he is very nervous but the gals set him at ease. Will board him there in the future if needed or maybe set up play dates so he can get more accustomed to being around other pets and people.

They discriminate-We have a mixed dog that has American Terrier in it-aka Pit Bull. Won’t serve us!

First of all, I've never reviewed a place on here before and I tend to rant so bare w/ me. My boyfriend and I have only been taking his dog here for about 2 months and we really like this place compared to the other places we've tried. The staff are usually very nice and the prices are pretty great for what you get. The yard webcams are the best part in my opinion! The reassurance of seeing her at all times of the day is SO GREAT. When you first try to bring your dog, you have to have a "Meet-and-Greet" before you can even book w/ them. They see if your dog gets along w/ the other dogs then they take you on a tour. The front desk girl was super nice and very helpful when I asked questions (and I had a lot ????). It looked pretty clean and the dogs looked really happy! Like I said before, the webcams are the best part of this whole place. It really makes this place stand out. They always have someone in there cleaning and watching them but one of the guys that goes in is always playing and running around w/ them, it's adorable! You can tell they really do love what they do❤ The hours are a little confusing but once you start coming for a while, you get the hang of it. The prices are (in my opinion) are a little higher but sometimes they have discounts, so ask! They have a pool too but they told me the camera is out for that yard. Pros: - Good prices (w/ discounts) - Webcams - Usually not overbooked Cons: - No pool camera - Full prices - Close early on weekends

Helpful staff. Very dog centric people that love their jobs and want to be with the dogs. We were disappointed that they separated our small and mid size dogs. But the dogs seemed happy and well taken care of. Cute report card with a note when you pick up your dog from boarding. Excellent spa bath grooming on both dogs.

Wouldn't know if their service is actually good or not. Discriminated and banned before even applying. Whats the point of a meet and greet if you have no intention of seeing the dogs actual temperament if you already reject them based on the breed name or how they look? Second, if the exclusion really is about insurance, why are other "aggresive" breeds not listed? Where's your Akita, chow chow, Rottweiler, Belgian malinois, Doberman, German shepherd and yes, even dalmatian. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the point. You guys have 3 banned dog breeds on your list, 1 of which isn't even listed on insurance exclusion lists. Third, this is clearly a white people only establishment. Did you see the photos of all the labs? I'll pick a place with a little more diversity, thanks.

This is an awesome place for doggie daycare and boarding. Not the cheapest game in town, but you get what you pay for. My dog loves it here! They get playtime all day and are well supervised.

Great experience, we did a board and train with our dalmatian puppy Nellie. Morgan her trainer was great! The staff was very nice as well. It was nice to be able to watch our puppy on the web cam everyday to see her progress. Definitely recommend. We'll be going back.

Great place to take your dogs, the staff here is very friendly and they really know how to care for your pets. I've brought my dogs here multiple times and they've really enjoyed their time here.

I went for the first time to check the facility out and see if it would be a good fit for my golden retriever. I walked in and I had to say hi to the two women in the front. Then I asked her if I could tour the facility and she literally pointed to the TV in the waiting room and said to just look at the TV images....I obviously already saw those online. She said they could not give me a tour because they had just opened up....I walked in at 3:15pm?? They start up their business at 2.... Then they made it seem like I could not tour the facility unless I brought my Dog. Then she said i had to bring my dog??! Does not make any sense why my dog needs to be there if I want to simply see the facility. This is what a call a business with no customer service. I pretty much went to waste my time.

The staff was kind of rude to my husband when he took our dog here to have her first meet and greet. They ended up telling us our puppy could not stay at ruff house because she was not socialized. She is not even a year old and the whole reason we wanted to take her to ruff house was so she could be around other dogs to get more socialization during Covid. If you are looking for a place to socialize your pup this is not it.

Very clean facility with a well thought layout. Our trainer was concise and to the point, and gave us owners the corrections we need to guide our Lucky in the right direction.

The staff at Ruff House are awesome! A clean and colorful facility where dogs have loads of fun. Hours of playtime and they have indoor and outdoor space! A beautiful pool too!

They do not take Pitbull type dogs. Instantly turned away... They claimed it is due to “insurance” not covering specific breeds which is a straight up LIE. Insurance policies are not breed specific, this is a business refusing to take in dogs based solely on looks. I cannot believe there are people who operate like this. This is discriminatory against responsible pet owners and well mannered dogs just because they “look” a certain way, even if the dog has no history of attacking another person or animal. Judge the dog, not the breed. Absolutely atrocious.

Our dog has been there before, but some time ago. Took him there just to see how he would do with the other dogs before we plan anything. Did A ok! Good experience!

This is the best pet resort we have used. Our little guy loves going here and the staff is always super friendly. They have cameras so you can check in on your pet and they give you a report card of their behavior when you pick them up . Your pet is always under supervision during normal operating hours and the staff always make sure our english bulldog takes breaks in hot weather.

My 7 lb rat terrier puppy was very afraid in the beginning but they have an excellent system to let the dogs acclimate on their own time. I needed my dog to socialize and every time I went to the dog park, there were big dogs in the little dog section. I wasn't having success there. Also, my dog needed to build confidence without me present. Ruff House accomplished all of this while giving me time to spend with my senior dog who stayed at home.

I can drop my dog off on the way to work and know that she is in great hands. The WiFi cameras allow me to check on her at any time. Every time I check, she’s having the best time playing with the other dogs. Everyone is closely supervised. There is always an handler present keeping a close eye. I love this place. I now go to work guilt free knowing my dog isn’t locked in the house alone.

Ruff House gave us the tour during our meet & greet. We will definitely be back for "camp" and I will update this review to reflect that experience :) So far, so good! Update: it’s been over a year of regular camp and Butter loves it here. She usually has a little separation anxiety but she has so much fun at camp that she basically runs inside when we drop her off. Thank you so much to the team over at Ruff House. The cameras are awesome so you can keep an eye on your pup (for helicopter parents like myself). And in the summer, they have a pool!
