After loosing our boy in traumatic circumstances I knew the only place I would take him was Peaceful Paws. They cared not only for him but also me. Helping me process what had happened by listening, showing my boy care, attention and tenderness. The respect, care, compassion and professionalism I was shown was perfect. Thank you for making a horrible time that little bit easier and for taking care of my wee man.

Amazing place. Showed such kindness and dignity with our charlie. They took paw prints and hair clippings and laid it all out with flowers and a poem. Made the hardest day of my life that wee bit easier. Thank you.

I could not thank you all enough for your kindness throughout this difficult time losing my wee baby (Fluffy). You went above and beyond all my hopes. I have no words strong enough to express my gratitude. Thank you so so much for everything. Please take care, you are an amazing family.

We always dreaded losing either of our two boys, and never really considered the options until we had to in the summer. In a state of shock looking around at the alternatives there was no doubt that 'Peaceful Paws' was where we needed to go. From the initial call with Nigel, and leaving Moe off with Karen, and again meeting Nigel and Liz when we collected him, the whole experience was flawless. It is rare to find people who really care about what they do and every aspect of the service at 'Peaceful Paws' was perfect. The little touches make all the difference and the facilities and gardens are beautiful. Moe was very particular and even he would have been impressed. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone who finds themselves in the circumstances. Thanks again for everything. Neil & Gary.

Fantastic service from Nigel at peaceful paws, couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with big Dave's cremation . On collection of his ashes he had a room set out with his urn hair clipping and paw prints ,were so greatfull for how much they did for us.

Fantastic service, Marley was treated with such compassion and respect. I live abroad and couldn’t be there at the time of Marley’s passing but I felt so at ease at such a difficult time because of everything peaceful paws were doing and they were there for my mother when she needed it the most. Everything was so beautiful and all of the extra touches made were truly appreciated. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I want to say a big thank you to Liz and Nigel for everything.

Absolutely amazing service from such considerate and caring people. Losing a pet is very hard but they made the process of cremation so special. We were provided with paw prints, piece of hair, personalised card, Beautiful verse with flower seeds and the ashes. I was speechless when I went to pick these up. I have an autistic daughter and her animals are her life and Nigel made this process so personal and relevant. Thank you so much and we will return in the future.

This place is just wow. No one wants to say goodbye to their pet, however this is the place you would want to lay your pet to rest. So professional and caring. I suffer from depression and got a pet hamster to help focus my thoughts on looking after her. When she got sick I looked up this place. All information on website and you can even email/phone ahead of the sad times. When Cappi finally passed. I was able to bring her the same day. There is a wee room to say your final goodbyes. The keepsakes are just lovely. They managed to get a wee bit of her fur and paw prints for me. Those two things made everything a bit more bare able when I was taking her home <3 it is worth every penny. Thank you for your kind words and conversations. All the best. Take care.

Nigel treated my junior with respect and dignity, when I went to collect him I was able to spend sometime in the beautiful garden which I need before taking him home. I will be using Peaceful Paws again when it's time for my other cats to go to the rainbow bridge. Thank you

Our wonderful dog Denzel sadly passed away on Monday 15/6 /20 and as a family we were completely heartbroken. We contacted Nigel at Peaceful Paws and he immediately reassured us that Denzel would be treated with the dignity he rightly deserved. Everything was done to the highest standard from collecting our beautiful boy to us bringing him home. The little extra touches that Nigel and his family provided gave us a great deal of strength at this difficult time. We would highly recommend Peaceful Paws to take care of everything when the sad day comes. Thanks again Nigel for a wonderful and heartwarming send off for Denzel xx

It was with much distress that we found ourselves having to use peaceful paws but I would like to thank you personally for the way you made it bareable when we lost our Cavalier King Charles spaniel Tobie in August 2020. Karen explained the process and we were able to say goodbye in a wee private room and the special touches afterwords. Card, flowers and paw prints and not forgeting the forget me not seeds which we will plant in the Spring. Thank you Karen and Liz from the bottom of our hearts. Layla and Katy Harrison

The whole experience has been the best thing anyone can ask for to see off your furry friend. He was my first pet to pass so I really didn't have much idea what to expect, but the whole process was super pleasant and Nigel was very understanding and professional throughout. I have to say I was very surprised but in every good way possible. From the scenic pond you arrive to see, the time you have to say good bye to your little friend, and the wonderful little card and flowers, everything was just perfect. Thank you for providing this amazing service and this business will be the one thing I miss when I move from this area.

Losing our pet was truly awful, but Nigel at peaceful paws was so professional. I felt assured that our cat was in good hands and he really cared. I was really touched by the flowers and cards I received and it made the entire process that little but easier to deal with. I'm just really thankful that on top of grief I'm feeling I had as pleasant experience as one could have when saying goodbye to something you love with all your heart. If you ever unfortunately have to say goodbye to your pet I would recommend taking them here x

I cannot recommend Peaceful paws enough they were exceptional from the phone call, to leaving Dolly in the next morning and then later that day collecting her ashes. (Same day service) Liz gave us time to think about what we wanted to put her ashes in and went through all the different options. Liz recommended the white pebble to put some of ashes in so that I could carry her around and take her anywhere. Over the past 8 weeks I have found this to be a comfort. When we went to collect her ashes I only expected to receive her ashes in the memory box and get the white pebble stone but they went beyond that, they gave us a cutting of her hair, they scanned her foot, gave us fresh flowers, a packet of forget me not seeds to plant with a poem on the outside and a beautiful card. They went above and beyond what we had imagined and what we thought they would do so much that when I went to collect Dolly I was lost for words. Thanks Liz and Nigel for everything ❤ x

After the loss of my very loyal and loving friend Max, my Rottweiler, on Sunday 6-10-19, I was beyond devastated. I new I wanted him cremated and home, where he belonged. But all thoughts went through your head. Respect, care and dignity for my darlin Max.. Where would I go? Who could I trust with him. A recommendation from my vets, Peaceful Paws was my choice. Nigel collected him from the farm, and his manner was very caring. Today 9-10-19, I went to lift my precious Max, and certainly didn't expect what I saw. The way Max and other bits were laid out on a table in a beautiful wee rest room, calm and so full of dignity, was outstanding. Truly outstanding! I'm so glad I chose Peaceful Paws ???? And in my heart, felt my dog got every bit of respect that I would've wanted for him.. Thank you so very much Nigel and all, and little Molly for her greeting. You go over and beyond expectations for grieving owners.. 100% service, I would have no hesitation in recommending Peaceful Paws to anyone ????????????

We had an unfortunate incident with our dog .Our vet uses this service..so I went to see myself. I was overwhelmed with the empathy shown by Nigel and his family. They made a very difficult situation bearable and nothing was too hard for them. My family is very grateful. They kept us informed and provided a beautiful room to view our dog. The service was excellent and all the beautiful keepsakes we will treasure. Lovely people and surroundings Highly recommended. Thanks again
