The guy who checks in your pet needs to look over the animal before giving suggestions.

I was in a rush to get my dog groomed. Luckily I was able to find this store open on a Sunday! I called a lot of places and they all were either closed or weren't accepting new clients. When I walked in I was greeted right away. They left my Pooh bear ???? looking good and smelling good.

I will take coco back for her next Grooming. I really like the job n she smells clean n beautiful n I didn't paid too much money, like others places, they did it a beautiful job with my coco. ????❤ it was the first time at this place n really like it. N I'm so happy that I found, Riverside Pet Grooming. Love it!! ❤

It sucks because the wait in the lines are crazy. When u need help there's no one to help. 16 cashier things and only 3 are open. Sad I hate coming.

This is a wonderful and convenient place for dogs. I’ve taken my dog there fir many years!! I’ve used both stores on Arlington and Indiana. Staff is friendly and up front. Pricing is competitive and fair.

August, went back with my kitten as a repeat customer but no Paula. ????No referral. Any leads on local technician for cat nails?? First nail clip was fantastic. Paula was great with a stubborn kitty. No more scratch marks, for a while. We'll be back!!

So much for the boasting of walk-ins. I went in to have my dog groomed around noon and was told they were closing in a few minutes because they were slow. I reminded them they closed at 4p. They asked if I called ahead. I reminded them they don't take appointments, why would i need to call? I told them that I emailed and the owner replied to my email. They then asked if I brought the shot records. I told them that I was not informed they were required- no where was it indicated on their website - and was then interrupted with a laugh and said their website is out of date. I then told them I would never come back and left. I recommend you do the same.

This place has dropped all their cat customer like a hot potato. The only explanation was "it was their call." I have already found a real professional groomer in Canyon Crest. Good prices are good.

Absolutely fantastic service! They do the most amazing job cleaning my 13 year old rottweiler, Animal. He’s never once come home whimpering, which clearly tells me they handle him with care. Not to mention he never is upset when we take him, so he surely likes it too! My rottweiler can be a shedding disaster from time to time, but with their de-shedding service, all of his extra fur is GONE. It’s incredible!! Animal lives inside so he must get bathed every month and this place does the job so tremendously, his state of being freshly cleaned lasts so long because they do such a great job. And of course it’s worth mentioning their prices are not too bad either!!!

80 dollars because I added a tip but I honestly believe the price was too much for a 6 pound dog. They did a great job but prices should vary from big dogs to small dogs. If this is the regular price for small dogs I'm going to have to learn how to groom my dog hahaha. This review is more of a suggestion.

We had our Bichon puppy and Shih Tzu puppies groomed by Erica and Rosa today. They did a fabulous job. My pups are so pretty. Riverside Grooming is a fantastic place to take your dogs. Excellent service very time we take dogs.
