Need to shorten waiting time if possible having appointment

Before this vet clinic incorporated, I would have given them 5 stars and rated the quality, value, responsive as high. I took my two chihuahuas in to get their teeth cleaned. Cost me $1600. Used to be no more than $400 to $500, if that. Dr Estrada is the only thing that keeps me going back. Sad that they now value profit over care.

I was very impressed with the kindness of the staff and doctor there. They treated my cat very nicely and thorough . I highly recommend this hospital.

We were first time visitors to Riverside Animal Hospital! I must say everyone was nice abs the service was great. I will definitely be back and My but baby is happy.

I recently took my 2yrs old German Shepherd to get his x-rays (OFA), so I can breed him soon. Staff was nice and professional, the breeder recommend to go there.The Vet Dr was thorough about the x-rays.

Probably shouldn't call it "urgent care", and claim to be open until 4PM, if you're going to turn away a puppy that needs care urgently at 3PM because you "close in like 45 minutes". Called before leaving the house, and twice on the way. Shame on this staff.

This place is great but they never answer their phone so every time I need to make an appointment or refill a prescription or anything I have to go in to the office. Seems counterintuitive to never answer your phone when you’re doing curb side service because of COVID forcing people to go into the office to do something as basic as schedule a appointment.

I had gone here for a check up for my dog and another visit concerning his constant throwing up. This clinic was so busy, people were in such a rush that they simply examined my dog, did not do any testing, and said he just probably ate something. Well my dog just pasted away from undiagnosed pancreatitis, which another vet immediately caught.

Been trying to contact them for OVER a MONTH and nobody can send me a rabies certificate for a dog they gave shots to. Said they would send over now nearly 20 days later nothing still!!!!!!

My family has gone to Riverside Animal Hospital for 11 years. We have always felt they were caring and went the extra mile to help you out in any way they could. As we move to Florida my family and I agree that Dr. Estrada and Dr. Jezbera will be so missed and it will be hard to find a vets that loves our pets as much as they did. Thank you for all your help over the years Riverside Animal Hospital! We love you and we'll miss you!

I drove to Riverside Animal Hospital from Nevada to see Dr. Jezbera after a bad experience with another vet. He was able to repair what had been done to my puppy, beautifully. I found the doctor to be extremely skilled, a lovely man, and the entire staff to be kind, caring and extremely professional. I highly recommend the clinic and Dr Jezbera for his beautiful ear crops. Thank you.

Update: My expectations were met. My issue is that prices have exponentionally went up over the past 2 years. Covid? Great work, but expect a normally long wait to pick up your pet Protocols in place, ect.. Clients must have figured out that the are not the only vet in town, but maybe not be at this quality. Hopefully they stay around because I like their work. Model must change, please. Again, great work on animals, however customer options are available for less money, but quality of pet care may be compromised.

I have been coming to Dr. Jezberra for over 35 years, but it is no longer his private practice, the quality of care has declined considerably, and prices have doubled. There all new faces running the office and it has become very impersonal. I took my elderly dog in for bloodwork and due to covid restrictions, I had to leave him. I waited outside the clinic hoping to bring him home once they had taken the blood, and await the results via a phone call. They refused to release him, causing my dog undue stress, and made me wait until 4:00 to take him home. I am now seeking to find another veterinarian as trustworthy , reliable, and caring as Dr. J. I know I am not the only person who will miss him.

THEY ARE ALWAYS LATE! Even if you have an appointment! I understand if your morning appointments took longer than expected, pushing the afternoon appointments further out. BUT HOW ARE YOU 45 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY?! This makes absolutely no sense to me. If we schedule an appointment, we should respect it. I dont mind waiting 10, 15, even 20 minutes. Don't get me wrong, they have great staff...I just wish they would be more mindful of everyone's time..

We took our 10 years old Bella in for a check up. The office staff was very pleasant to deal with and very organized. The vet was very professional and took her time examining Bella and explaining everything to us. Would highly recommend this office.

These people are the best. They made me feel comfortable and were a pleasure to talk to. I was happy with the up front prices and walked out of there thinking I got a bargain. Most impressive was the amount of time spent with me answering every question on my list in detail. .

We arrived at 7:45 AM for a appointment scheduled at 8 AM 30 days ago at 9:30 AM we were still waiting upon receiving my paperwork the prices were outrageous for my Doberman pincher ear cropping they gave me an estimate of $1637 each -and dr jezbera is retired some one else is Croping now - new owners Demonstrate-very poor customer service and crazy prices - we left and will never go back

Stella was scratching constantly . We met with Dr. Debbie Estrada and she administered a Cytopoint treatment (injection). The results were immediate and she is a Happy Little Gal again. Dr. Estrada spent 20+ minutes educating me about the types of allergies. Normally vets are pretty brief when it comes to educating a pet owner. This was a great Vet Experience for Stella and myself. I'd highly recommend Dr. Estrada..

I can’t say enough positive compliments about this Animal Hospital and Clinic. The staff is Amazing and friendly. They are always eager to help and provide amazingly excellent customer service. The Vets are super friendly and so kind. I have never had such attentive and knowledgeable service from another clinic. They are always super busy but no matter what it’s worth the wait. The prices for services beat out all the other clinics I have been too!! Highly recommended!!!

I've been going here for 3 years with numerous pets. I generally like all of those I interact with both technicians and doctors. I do think the price they give is pretty competitive (I think) for those that're more financially strained or have many reasons to seek care. I will say I don't understand how after all this time they can't revamp their phone line system. Their phone system has no way for you to just hang out on hold, if they're on another line it rings as busy. Administration could do for an upgrade on that, whether it be hold line, call back automation you name it. It is probably my biggest criticism of this location.

I switched to Riverside Animal Hospital after my long time Vet retired. Glad I did. Has been a great change. Great caring people. Highly recommend them.
