Clean had what I was looking fore .really clean nice store well stocked an lad out well.

They did a great job. They really care about about the pets. An overall pleasant experience.

My furbabies needed new collars & flea drops. Easy to locate & a great selection!!!

I spent over $70.00 and they wanted me to pay 10 cents for a bag with no other alternatives. I understand the state requires the charge. But with no other avenues seems illegal. I carried my items out. Staff was not to friendly. Thank you

Went in to buy some different food because our kitties were having tummy issues. An employee Savanah suggested add a little pumpkin to their food which we never knew about. It's been a week now and no tummy troubles. Very knowledgeable about cats the employee was and extremely helpful.

Prices have increased. The dog food that I buy was available. Store was very clean. Some customers wore masks & some did not.

Their grooming services are good here! The stylists are so kind, and you know they put their heart into grooming fur friends!

All the employees at this store are very helpful. We order online and pick up in the store and the entire process is very easy. We have our dog groomed at this Petco and the groomers are very friendly, conscientious, and seem to truly love animals.

I took my Beau there for the final bath, nail trip, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and for the last time due to his age, the manager requested I never bring him in again because of liability reasons. Well, what could I say..I later found out that My Beau had an accident while he was there and that has been happening lately and I told them before bringing in for appointment, he had been having accidents and they said bring him in. I brought him in, and was stunned when they asked to not bring him back. I realized when I got him home, his nails were too long still, his ears were cleaned but not dry, which is important for a Basset Hound. He didn't smell like he had a bath. I was very disappointed. It was like they were never gonna see more money, so they didn't care if I was not happy with their services, which I paid high dollar to make my Beau feel good getting groomed and beautiful. But it really doesn't matter now because I lost my Beau on Sept 27th to cancer. He was 12 yrs and 3 months old, and I won't be needing thier services anymore anyway. I just wanted to make folks aware of what happened so hopefully they see this and not do this again.
