Friendly staff! My dog always smells amazing and his fur is so soft after his grooming. Only compliant is paying for a tidy trim and I have to ask for it to be done again once I pick him up because it isn’t as short as I ask for at drop off. Other than that, amazing service!

My daughter's husky was a little nervous but they were great with her. She needed a haircut and she looked amazing! Evenly cut, brushed, and happy ????

Our dogs are small and difficult to get the right hair cut and grooming. They look so cute after their last visit here. I highly recommend them. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff is great. Your dig will be there for about 2hrs.

Overall I appreciate the store and spa. They have quality items and do quality work. The staff are generally helpful. A few times though I have gotten a snobby attitude from the checkout staff. For the spa, first, I wish they would remove the leash, harness, and collar after drop off. Maybe use a cubby system to store them? My removing it while leaving increases the build up and anxiety for my dog. Second, I am not comfortable tipping prior to seeing the work for which I'm tipping. Today they processed my payment (which is when I have the opportunity to tip) before even bringing my dog out of the grooming area.

I've been meaning to leave this review for a really long time! I've been coming to Pawlished Paws since late 2019. I randomly found this place on Yelp and I'm so happy I ever did!! My Golden Retriever, Delilah, had been turned away from Petco and "banned" from grooming services. They said she would become too anxious and were scared she would hurt herself. Because of this, I started searching for new groomers that would accommodate Delilah's needs. I visited a few different groomers but none of them felt quite right until I came to Pawlished Paws. Everyone here is extremely helpful and friendly! They provide great customer service and truly care about the pets that come here. My favorite groomer is Janie. She seriously cares about Delilah so much! She understands her needs and knows she needs to take it slow with Delilah because of her anxiety. I request her for Delilah's visits every time. She is a Golden Retriever expert! I love knowing that Delilah is in good hands every time I leave her at Pawlished Paws with Janie. I am so thankful for Janie and the rest of the staff at Pawlished Paws. Every time I come here my experience and Delilah's experience is always wonderful. I'm glad Delilah has found a place and she enjoys and has formed a bond with her groomer Janie!

Great customer service, very nice employees. They treated my pup with love and did a great job grooming him, I recommend them to everyone.

I was originally really hesitant to bring my mini goldendoodle to get groomed because of a bad experience with another groomer. But Pawlished Paws had great reviews so I made an appointment. And, I’m so glad I did. Everyone is so nice and kind here. I explained to Lauren exactly what I wanted and she did such an AMAZING job! I would totally recommend her. I’ll will definitely bring my mini goldendoodle back to her!

They do a good job, a little expensive

Came in to ask about dog grooming and they didn’t even let me finish talking when they said they aren’t taking new costumers.

I was scared to drop off my dog. it was going to be his first visit to any type of grooming. He is a nervous 6 month old due to being a Pandemic puppy. Let me just say when I got him back he looked like a completely different dog. I was amazed at how well they left my boy. I also found them to be very understanding and taking the time to hear me out and how undecided I was about his cut. It all turned out great and my pup is finally smelling great. Definitely recommend and will be taking my doggo back again. Before and after picture of my copper. I got him just right for the summer.

I don't have a specific groomer I go to. But every time I bring my pup in, staff is friendly toward me and sweet with my dog. This shop is always clean.

Also been coming here for quite sometime. Called to make an appointment, the person answered the phone was totally rude Turned out it was the owner, I think she forgot her meds that day- I will happily take my money somewhere else! Np ????

Been coming here for a few years to get my 12 year old baby groomed. I just also started taking my other fur baby for a nail trim and bath. I always feel like they're so well taken care of. Rocky and Jojo look amazing and smell so nice. Thank you so much ????

Not a very good first impression from you guys, which is pretty sad because you are so close to me. When I made my appointment almost two weeks ago, I specifically said I want a complete package for all my 4 babies! Baths Nails Ears Hair cut The appointment was made and today that I called (which I am happy i did )to just make sure the time of my appointment was correct , 3 of my dogs were only goingto get nail trimmed and that they didn’t have anything available for the next 2 weeks ! I waited already to take my babies to another place because I knew I was going to take it to you, no nice !!! I guess I’ll take my money else where !!
