Is this appointment only or walk-in?? No one answered the phone

Took my lily to trim her nails and I was very pleased some groomers leave nail kind of long. And this groomer did them short just like I love them thanks Tina's pet place

I took my dog to get a haircut and bath for the first time (since adopting him) and he came out looking like a brand new dog! They shaped his face and cut down his matted hair, his coat is nice and soft, and he doesn't stink anymore! The staff was nice and helpful; my dog is shy so they were gentle and patient with him. I was pleased with my experience. The price was cheaper than other quotes I had gotten so that was great. I called in the morning and was able to get a same day appointment which I highly appreciated because I was on a tight schedule. Definitely recommend visiting Pet Palace!

Wow... so Im sorry to say I agree with the comment of the rude staff/owner. I tried calling and asking for availability to get my dog groomed. Been there a few times and each time I give them the benefit of the doubt. But it’s one thing to be a smart A$$ as a person but when you are running a business customer service is KEY! Wouldn’t recommend even if they paid me to do so.

Called to get information on possible work for my dog. Tina literally implied my dog is obese or that I was lying about his breed. Just list est. pricing based on weight range perhaps? As a potential customer, why would anyone stand for this lack of manners or respect?

I’ve been taking my baby here for grooming for more than a year. So, I am actually a customer. Tina is amazing with him. She’s been nice to me every time. But, who cares if she isn’t? She’s not grooming me! For the people who are concerned with an attitude of a dog groomer, they chose dogs for a reason. They love my dog. They always take him last minute. Good prices for a good grooming. He had a cyst last year and they were all very cautious about the area. They care about him!

The cuts are fair for price, but the staff is rude. I can deal with attitude but, not when I'm paying for it. Correct your attitude and this place will blossom, until then I will have to drive farther for my pets grooming.

My babies actually RUN to Tina! They live her and she treats them so well!

Rude and sarcastic over the phone. This place shld have 1 star rating but its boosted by anonymous reviews the owner writes herself. She should watch how she treats future clients.

I've been taking my shih tzu puppy there for the last few months to get groomed, and I would definitely recommend Tina's to any good pet parent. Her shop is adorable, her prices are very reasonable but most importantly, Tina loves and cares about her 4-legged customers! She is very attentive to the doggies she grooms and I have never felt uneasy leaving my pup with her. I'm very please with Tina and will continue to take my doggy to her for his monthly hair cut.

Absolutely loved it when it was "Groomingdales" and owned by the mother. When the daughter took over, customer service went way down. Staff was rude and snotty. They do a really good job, but so do a lot of other places that is way friendlier.
