I really wish I took my standard poodle puppy else where. $55 for just a bath and blow out when Petsmart charges $20 for that. We asked for specific trims and did not get what we wanted. This wasn’t her first groom and I will not be coming back here.

We travel full time in our motorhome and my Pom badly needed a full service groom and our Chi needed a bath and nail trim horribly. I was impressed with previous reviews and called to see if I could get an appointment. I spoke with the owner and her next available appointment was a week out. I explained she was my only hope as we would be gone in the next couple of days. She squeezed me in the next morning. (I’ve been trying to find a groomer for about a month while traveling, but scheduling was always an issue and no one wanted to work us in). I dropped our babies off and they said it could be 2-3 hours. No worries as this is an expected timeframe. I got the call to pick them up an hour and a half later. THEY WERE FINISHED! Under promised and over delivered. When I got there to pick them up and paid a very reasonable price for all the work they did. Here come our babies from the back. I’m not lying when I say that I squealed with excitement and almost cried. She looked so good. Best of all our babies were happy, healthy and smelled soooo good. 10/10 stars! I would use Pampered Pets again and again and again. If we weren’t on the road and lived here, I would make them our groomer. I am so impressed! Thank you so much for getting us in and taking care of our babies. We couldn’t be happier. They look and smell amazing. It is rare to find a groomer that we feel so comfortable with leaving our babies and I would have zero reservations leaving them again. Tip them well! They do amazing work!

My dog had an 11:00am appointment . I was greeted by a teen, I was hesitant to leave my dog. I asked him how much experience he has as a groomer , he replied two years. Because of my past experience with the original owner, who has since retired, and I spoke with the new owner, an adult female, I reluctantly left my dog. Even though he wasn't wearing a mask. She desperately needed grooming. I called at 1:00pm, she wasn't ready. I waited in my car until 3:00pm and went inside. I was told to give him 10 minutes. He returned to the rear of the shop. When I heard the tools turn on, I went into the grooming area, and found this groomer trimming my dog's face. I was shocked! When I told him my dog's appointment was for 11:00am, his response was "" there were other dogs ahead of her". I demanded he stop what he was doing and hand my dog to me. I WILL NEVER RETURN. I'm glad it only cost me $60.00.

Pro: No appointment needed for nail trims & friendly staff. Con: female groomer cut my dog's dark nail way too short. She's never bleed like that in the 8 years of being professionally groomed.

It is definitely my go to place! ⭐️ My cats ???? are originally from Florida m and we’re both indoor and outdoor cats and so flea season was bad around the time we moved over to California. I noticed as soon as they came out they were scratching every few minutes ????. I quickly searched through google and found some; sadly not many deal with cats ????. Pampered pet quickly responded and set an appointment for the very next day ☀️. It was a pretty tucked in place but very clean and the people were super sweet???????? Honestly, I am very attached to my cats so I was a little concern and anxious about leaving them there but I knew they were going to be in good hands ????. ⭐️When I picked up my cats I was so anxious to see them. At home I opened the carrier and they leaped out and smelled so good; they were so happy. ????

Love this place. They are so caring with my pets. I just brought in all 5 of my dogs, a poodle, a terrier mix, a fluffy coat corgi, border collie and a maltese and they did a wonderful job on each one of them, and a couple could be quite a job.

They did great on my mini schnauzer ..best service and were able to take me last minute. I think I have found a forever grooming spot for my pet. Thank you to the ladies that took great care of my Penny.

Took my 2 dogs to Pampered Pet for the 1st time yesterday...love the great job they did. My Dad is taking his dog there today. They have 2 new customers.

My dogs, one 14 yrs old and the other 5 years old, both are Doxie mixes who have been coming to Charlie for 7 years. He is excellent with them. The older dog has dementia and requires a great deal of patience which Charlie provides. The younger dog is just a crazy ball of excitement and Charlie is able to deal with her craziness. He is also willing to work with any special problems such as dry skin. etc. I drive in from Moreno Valley just so they can be groomed by Charlie.

My family have taken 3 dogs over the past 18 years to Charlie. All different breeds, sizes and needs. He treated each of our furry kids as his own. Very pleasant man & atmosphere. Hate to think of Charlie ever retiring. He's one of a kind. You won't regret having him as your groomer.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY CHARLIE! I decided to try this place being it was around the corner from me. I was a walk-in and didn't have an appointment. He didn't have a spot open, but being that it was my only day off, he took my Maltese/Poodle (Brady). He asked me what kind of haircut and he gave me a few suggestions. He took his time to answer questions. Charlie was awesome ???? I dropped off Brady at 10am and was told he would be ready by 1pm. I received a call at 12pm that he was ready. I picked up Brady and he looked super cute and smelled really good. I'm definitely returning ????????????????????
