Great customer service, plus awesome haircut on my little boy!

After I took my dog there my dog was behaving like she was hurt. And the hair cut was awful. Never taking my dog here again!

I give them a 5 star, only because they are very popular. Cant get the dog in the appointments are 2 to 3 weeks out!

My overall experience was so bad.First it is so hard to get into contact .When I walk in it’s looks so not professional and a mess.I had made my appointment weeks in advance and still poor service and then they took all day compared to others I understand it takes time but it literally took all day.when I picked my dog up she was literally shaken.I don’t know what they did but my dog was shaking and frightened then had such a messed up haircut ended up having cuts with little blood.I will not be returning.Hope this helps to avoid this place

I've been using Tender Touch for our 2 babies for over 5 years we're always highly satisfied. Everyone there is very nice. I don't have to worry about them when I drop them off because I know they're in good hands and being pampered. No where else for us..

My standard poodle Bolt got his first haircut here Friday and he is so hyper. They did a great job on him.

Beware, there are tweekers who work here. Ive witnessed the lifted tan gmc truck with the light bar above the windshield and red painted rear diff cover, license plate number 81582M1 breaking into a house nearby mine and trying to set up a drug house. Him and his wife both work there. I have his license plate and puctures of him and sent all to the sheriff. Animals die here from questionable handling also. How does a customers pet get killed at the groomer?Recently a small dog was attacked and killed because an employee wasnt keeping a safe distance while passing with another customers husky. If they knowingly employ shady tweekers, kinda makes me question their entire business practices. And you may want to also if you value your pet.

I just took my German Shepard dog to this place and they were awesome. The customer service and grooming was fantastic. I live in LA but will definitely schedule an appointment when I'll coming down. The prices are also very reasonable. Oh how I wish they were located in LA.
