I’ve been coming to Provet for 2 years now. I found it that this clinic is cheaper than most at certain things which is amazing, the employees here are very respectful and ready to help… Some how Arthur is always the one who takes care of us, he always greets us with a huge smile, always holds the highest level of professionalism. Give him a raise ????

Pros:Same day service; reasonable fees for vaccines, meds, neutering, lab tests, etc. Cons: Do not expect much in personalized service, although they are cordial.

Arthur was just the most sweetest person so happy and sharing his beautiful energy to everyone definitely would recommend to everyone have been in and out prices are great love this place

As a pet owner, this morning I had to make one of the most difficult call ever to see about bringing my elderly boxer in for what will probably be his last examination and find out what I need to do to have him put down. I spoke with an associate named Arthur and he was so kind, considerate, and empathetic it helped to put my mind at ease. Simple human kindness is so hard to find these days and I really appreciate finding it at this difficult moment. I brought my boy in, and Dr. Kristy said there was really nothing they could do. I could spend thousands of dollars, or take him home and try to enjoy the last days. I got to spend 5 more weeks with my beautiful boy and walked him everyday. Then, when itcwas time, i brought him back, 3 weeks before his 14th birthday. I have never had to kill my dog before, but the entire process, how they treated my boy, and handled me, was so humane. It was quick and kind, and I appreciate you all so much for making such a hard difficult decision, so humane.

The front office staff need to be trained. They should provide customers with some timeline not just register send you to the car to wait. We are now going on 4 hours waiting and can only hope it is with it when we get in.

I did appreciate their promptness, staff was friendly. The Dr, friendly as she was, wouldn't even run a blood test on my cat, said she was too dehydrated, needed 24 hour IV/care, which they don't have there. She said my cat had a hole in her tooth, which more than likely was the reason she wasn't eating. Thankfully, I was not charged for this visit. I urgently rushed to another place, VCA in Murrieta, Dr there said no, she's not THAT dehydrated, no hole in tooth, gave me medication to help her till I could get her to a regular veterinarian to get her teeth cleaned and blood work. My cat is doing better, thanks to VCA, and I am seeing a regular vet, that also said my cat wasn't that dehydrated, saw no hole, just infection. Sooooo, just use your own judgement. Again, nice enough and prompt, but wrong diagnoses.

This is the only vet that I will come to, the staff is good people. I took in my dog Tamii and they've gave her great care. Thank you to everyone that helped her

Terrible experience. Not a place for new patients. First and last visit. Left after one hour without even being called in to fill out paperwork.

Great vet to take your pets to they are very professional and reasonable.

Terrible experience at this office today. I have come here several times in the past, so I am familiar with the extreme wait times- however, what I didn’t expect was the awful customer service. Upon arrival, after waiting in line for over 15 minutes, I was told by Gloria that I needed to sign in on the clipboard outside and wait in my car, she stated it would be an hour before they called us. I went down the street to put gas and received a phone call to come check in at the lobby. I drove back (less than 5 minutes) and went in the lobby and waited in line for 20 minutes to get to the counter. I gave Gloria my name and she rudely stated I would have to be put back at the end of the waiting list because I took too long! I explained that I was clearly waiting in line but she had such a rude and dismissive attitude that I requested to speak with a manager. Manager agreed that I would need to be put back on the list and Gloria continued muttering comments under her extremely chapped lips. I voiced my displeasure with the service and went to my car to wait. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call that they would not be accommodating me due to my displeasure with their policies and procedures! I was not displeased with the procedure as I am familiar with the bizarre way they operate, my displeasure was with the complete lack of customer service and disgustingly rude attitude of Gloria. Long story short, do not come here and expect any type of professionalism or even basic instruction from the front desk staff, especially not Gloria. It is Tuesday before the Thanksgiving holiday, the Doctor is on vacation and his staff has clearly checked out. I wonder if he knows how his staff behaves when he is away? We are happy to take our business elsewhere, other customers beware! I highly recommend Dr. Butchko on Mission Blvd, not this one.

They are so truthful and trust worthy of my babies. Pickle is only 3lbs and 11 yrs old they treat her so good !

I brought my baby for a surgical procedure today and the service by the team was amazing.They took time to answer my questions and showed me they really cared about my babys well being. Arthur at the front desk was friendly and professional and made the experience welcoming and positive.Thanks to The Butchko Team for loving what you do!

Thank you to everyone at Pro Vet fro taking great care of my 10.5 year old Boxer boy on Friday. He went in for dental work, teeth cleaning and gum work. The procedure went better then expected. The quality of the work was exceptional.

My go to vet they saved my dog from a nasty caugh gave the right meds and as of right now he is doing way better they take the care of you fur babies to a next level I will go here for now on the wait is long but you get your pet taken care of.

Went in today and got attended in the front desk by Arthur he's the most sweetest soul. Super helpful and will distract you on a bad day to make your visit easier. def takes out a smile and laugh out of a person. one of the coolest Libras ever. the office is overall a very clean place and runs things very smooth.

Arthur was very helpful & took my pup in super last minute. This specific vet has always been my go to spot & they've always taken really good care of my all my frenchies & English Bulldogs. I definitely recommend coming here.
