I was recommended to Cheri by my sister. First, her communication is great, whether by text or call. I was able to get in fairly quick. The shop was clean. She was sweet as can be on the phone and even sweeter in person. She not only grooms the dogs but will let you know if she sees something on your pet. My dog had yeast in her ear, which explains why she’s been scratching at it the last week. She was very honest when I asked for service that she could have just charged me for, but advised that it was an unnecessary service. My dog came back cute and a day later, her bows are still on. That’s a first!! Great place, great owner, highly recommend

Cheri, the owner, genuinely loves the pets she grooms and takes the time to speak with the owners and addresses their individual concerns and requests with a smile. Her knowledge and skill is very impressive. My Yorkie loves his time with her and we thoughly adore and love her care and thoughtfulness. She is by far the Best Groomer in Riverside as she lovingly pampers your precious fur babies.

I have been taking 3 Shih-Tzus to sherry for a few years now and she does a wonderful job on all 3 of them! I couldn't imagine going with anyone else! Also my dogs Gidget, Friday and Jasper loves her to!!! Would highly recommend her Anytime!!!!!

This place is not a good place to take your pet! The problem is that the groomers they don't know when to throw the towel in. Maybe back when they first started they were able to get the job done BUT now.. Don't take your pet there, the groomers will tell you oh yeah I know what you want. (DON'T BELIEVE THEM) I told them certain things about my dog and did they listen to me?? NO WAY!! I had to go back and have them redo a lot of things. Very very aggregating! I get home and I see that they didn't even do what they said they would. I myself will never waste my money time or my boys time ever again. FOR NOTHING AND NOT A PENNY.

Love, love, love these guys and they love our pets. We've moved far away but try to time our Shih Tzu's bath and haircut to coincide visits in Riverside.

The groomers here at Creature Comfort Shop are knowledgable and professional. Shadow was well attended to and left very happy, along with a cute bow. Located one minute from the mall, this cute shop is well furnished and welcoming. I will definitely be back to get my dog groomed.

The ladies at Creature Comfort Shop are wonderful. I have been taking my dogs there for a very long time and I have never had a bad experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone who is looking for a groomer.
