Dr. Fred is just great, as his Father was an excellent vet, they really care about animals and their people.

The receptionist is very rude and has terrible customer service. We live in Canyon Crest but decided to establish care with our new doodle at Rancho Regional because they have exceptional customer service, show compassion, and provide excellent care…the complete opposite of this facility. I wish Rancho Regional was closer but the high quality care and service makes it well worth the drive.

I went for my two kittens’ first wellness exam/vaccines. Before the vet tech took them to the back, I mentioned that their claws are sharp as a heads up. I told her that I had tried to cut them before but made one accidentally bleed, and so didn’t have the courage/heart to continue yet. When she brought them back out, she told me that she cut them all for me! It was not expected but I appreciated it sooo much! I think it shows how much this clinic actually cares and that they go above and beyond. Thank you from Cosmo and Wanda’s mom.

We were referred by a friend who has been coming here for a while. We are very pleased with the staff and the customer service. The vet technicians are knowledgeable. The Doc takes the time to answer questions and explain. He utilized visuals to explain our pet's knee condition. This was very helpful in understanding what to expect as our dog develops and grows. Office is clean and parking is convenient.

Very nice staff. I had a appointment at 9 am and I didn't get called in until almost 10:30. We were finally done after 11. Why make a appointment. Sitting in my car I have a 10 mth labrador is not easy.

They are very informative and answered all questions I had. Helped walk me through reviewing X-rays and possible treatments and care long term. This'll be my new Vet from now on. Good people.

I called at 3:50 PM to make an appointment before they close at 4pm Some girl answered and said can I put you on hold I said that’s fine I waited for 10 minutes and then at 4 o’clock I heard the phone pick up and then hang up I called again and they were closed. It’s kinda unprofessional

Excellent experience. The staff is very pleasant and went out of their way to coax my anxious dog out of his shell. The vet was happy to explain anything and everything I had questions about. Have recommended All Paws to friends and family.

The staff at All Paws is friendly and professional. We have brought in 4 cats to be see and every time was pleasant. The office is clean and doesn't smell like some other vets and was comfortable, before COVID. The doctors seemed willing to explain anything wrong with the animals and did not seem to rush anything. You need an appointment to get in and sometimes it can take a bit to get an appointment.

I drive all the way from Irvine to Dr. Fred. I trust him with my dog. He's the best.

I was referred to All Paws by a family member and everyone was just as wonderful as I was told. Dr. Fred was incredible and very gentle with my 6 month old kitten. I will definitely be bringing my other cat here.

Visited this business for the first time today (09/21/2020). Everyone I spoke with was very professional and friendly. I’ll definitely be back for our veterinarian needs for our pets.

I took my dog here for allergy issues. All the staff was very friendly. The vet took time to ask details about my dog and spent time answering all my questions. This is my new vet.

They pay attention and it's father and son. Not a mill where you see a different vet every time!

All Paws has really nice people and the Doctors are really good with my cat Rudy! Their vaccinations are also reasonably priced.

Dr.Fred is the best, he's super thorough and so nice! Very nice staff, super clean facility. Their waiting room has a separate seating area for dogs and cats. And they have the cutest paintings!

First time here. Everyone was great! We got in on time. No excessive waiting. The doctor explained everything and answered all my questions. They didn't try to talk me into tests I didn't need or overcharge me. There is plenty of parking right out front and it's conveniently located.

I have been taking our three dogs here for over a year now. Dr. Fred is awesome he takes the time to explain what problems he sees and makes suggestions on what can be done. I believe you can not find a better vet. Even my dogs love him!
