Was Charged $345 for some stitches on my week old puppies, the doctor used the type of sutures (more like fabric) knots weren’t tight at this was on the arm so those tore and popped off, which my puppies was still in pain. I had to get my own skin stapler and close the wound myself. The puppy is healing well… Poor work

Called them the morning of to take my old man in for bowel troubles. They set up an appt, took him in, and gave him what he needed in just a little under 2 hours. Amazing staff and great place, I definitely recommend them.

The groomer was so rude after canceling my appointments twice & right in front of me her & a co worker called me the crazy Lady! After driving down there 3 times to be turned away I got a little angry but instantly I pullled myself together smiled and walked out never to return!

We have taken our personal dogs as well as every rescued stray and hospice pull from the shelters here for medical treatment. He is thorough, informed and still really cares about animals and their families.

More interested in their "procedures" than helping animals in need. Not recommended

First off, okay I’m 17 and because I’m in college by myself I couldn’t get my dog looked at because I wasn’t 18. I get that but I tried to explain and she wouldn’t listen. Second, Called and asked could I bring my dog in because he was not looking very well. They told me I could come in ASAP. Came in and the lady told me I couldn’t get him looked at because I didn’t have an appointment. I told them about the phone call and they stated that you should have made an appointment. Dog is fine now but I had to go somewhere very far away. Customer Service needs work and would not recommend for people who need emergency care.

I have been bringing my pets here for a little over 20 years now. They are always very helpful, caring, and reasonable. The doctor on the staff always explain everything in detail. The facility is always clean and welcoming. I have since moved further away and live in Hemet but I still bring my pets here where I know they will be well taken care of.

I’m going to start off by saying that I don’t like leaving reviews but my experience here has been so offputting that I’m hoping to share and help someone who might be looking for reviews of their experiences beyond just the “great time here!”. I found a lump on my dogs chest and called in an appointment on Saturday. We waited for about 20 minutes for a room to be available, (we came in at 3:50 or so, it’s fine cause the appointment was at 4:00.) The doctor actually came in around 4:41 and felt the lump on my dogs chest after forcing me to muzzle him despite him not showing any real aggression, if anything just nervous. The vet felt the lump on his chest, told me what she thought it was, made a side comment about his nails, and proceeded to tell me she could not get anymore information unless I got him x-rays. I questioned if he would be alright, what the lump meant in her opinion and what I should do, and explained his behavior and wondered if what she “thought it could be” was harmful to him. I did not get a single helpful response and was dismissed with “I can’t help unless you get x-rays”. I understand not being able to immediately diagnose something based off appearance or feel alone, sure, but that was the last time I talked to the vet during that visit and the nurses gave me more info and handled my dog more than the actual vet did. She seemed more eager to charge us (and she told me all the possible prices in detail better than the actual information on a lump I asked about.) The nurses seem confused and don’t really communicate with each other, (the only time they did was to discuss prices ????) Seeing as I also asked about some skin on his chest and one nurse told me it was a nipple, and another said it was just spare skin. They also responded that they would be too busy to be able to get his x-rays as soon as possible despite also bringing up the possibility that the lump on his chest could be cancerous. But they were eager to inform us the cost of the surgery at least. I went home and researched what the lump could be and was presented with options on how to go forward, NONE of which the hospital informed us of. My previous experience here I had told myself I would not be coming back because they also had us pay for medicine for my dogs cough, (they said it was kennel cough despite him not being anywhere near a kennel since we’ve adopted him and we long since have taken care of his previous kennel cough diagnosis when he was a puppy. The medicine didn’t work either. His cough came right back because it wasn’t kennel cough.) But this trip alone reminded me that I will most definitely be looking for a new vet.

I did a emergency appointment ($50) because my pup looks like he ate something bad. He went from running around to looking drunk and dizzy w/ a some drooling and the Dr said he looks fine. They did blood work and sent him home with some vitamin gel AND THAT’S IT. Hours later he’s still not himself moving around slow. I spent over $200 on ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. What a waste of money

Open on weekends including Sunday for regular, non-emergency services unlike most the other 24 hour animal hospitals or clinics. In and out quickly. It's best to call and make an appointment as they don't appear to take walk-in when busy on weekends.

I've been coming here for years. I love the vets here and the staff.I know my animals are always in good hands. They are reasonably priced and always seem to be able to get me in asap. Just wish I could move them closer.

We called on Monday and the first available appointment was Friday at 4:15 pm. We arrived on time then was advised there was one patient ahead of us. At 5pm my husband was allowed into the waiting room then waited another 15 minutes to be seen. The Vet was very professional and caring attitude. My husband was very satisfied with this visit despite the time delays...it was a very hot day in the car!!!!

So far, one of the best veterinarian offices I've found in the area. They've taken good care of my dogs; furthermore, I have found them to be more affordable than other veterinarian offices that I've been to in the past. I drive from San Jacinto, to Alessandro Animal Hospital, instead of going to any of the local veterinarian's because of their care and value that my animals and I receive during our visits.

They took really good care of my baby girl. I will be back anytime my babies need help. Luv this doctor you can understand him nd what he tells you. Not like another vet that you can't understand a word he says.

Terrible experience. Supposed to have an appointment at a set time and after 20 mins of waiting in my car I ask what the hold up is and they say they had a couple emergencies pushing mine back. So I just left. My question is why no communication?? How about tell me to come later??? Terrible communication skills and weird they wouldn't tell me right away that it was going to be a few mins but instead just left me to wait in the car
