I called around no clinic would take my dog,but they did! The location was excellent. The girls were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend to take ur pet here.

They are always very busy but seem to treat everyone respectfully and timely. They care about your pets.

I’ve had 3 emergency visits in the last few weeks, an infected bite abscess, a neurological emergency and a bowel obstruction (3 different pets). Each time I was able to get in right away and my pets were given great care by both Dr Mann and Dr Pawar. The entire staff is kind and compassionate. I feel very fortunate to have these dedicated care providers in my community. And most of all I am grateful. Thank you all so much!

I can’t thank them enough!!! My two dogs got into a fight the other night which resulted in one needing surgery (at a 24hr hospital). I was told he needed his bandage changed everyday for 6 days (requiring sutures to hold in place)so we called woodcrest to see if that’s something they could do. They told us to drop him off in the morning and I was able to pick him up 2 hours later ❤️. The same day I noticed my other dog was fussing with his eye and called to see if I could bring him in as well. Dropped him off shortly after and he was done in 30 minutes with eye drops and meds. Today was my second day bringing in Holden for his bandage change and the staff is so friendly and even remembered my other dog to see how is eye was doing. I never write reviews but I’m so grateful to have found them and had to let everyone know how amazing they are!

My cat starting losing weight like crazy and was just very sick, I made an online appointment and was contacted the next day to move my appointment up, which I was already very happy they put the seriousness of his condition first. I brought him in the reception ladies were all amazing and the entire staff treated my Luca with such care and love. The vet put him on a special diet and drew blood, again Dr Mann thank you for being so kind to my scared sick boy. A few days later exactly at their opening time I had a missed call and a voice-mail letting me know my boy had diabetes. They had me come in right away. Again everyone was so incredible to Luca and he warmed up to everyone. I've never had a cat love a vet the way Luca loves him. We are a few days into treatment and I honestly can't believe the change already. I will never trust any of my fur babies to any other vet office. I highly recommend Dr Mann and the woodcrest veterinary clinic. Thank you again so much, for treating Luca like your own!

Assistants were very quick to help , whether to check my dog in or to take my dog in & to get payment. My waiting time was very reasonable, considering the amount of animals were there.

I really wanted to love this place because it's about 3 miles from my house. The first visit was pleasant, waited only 20 minutes in my car. The vaccinations was quick, in and out and on my merry way. The 2nd visit I was waiting for over an hour, couldn't stay longer because of other appointments so I reschedule. 3rd visit the same thing, over 45 minute wait and had to reschedule. 4th visit, again waited for 50 minutes and the lovely lady told me that my dog was vaccinated on the 2nd visit. She said my dog couldn't get vaccinated for another 3 weeks. I told her he wasn't vaccinated on the 2nd visit, she apologies. I respectfully told her I was taking my business else where. What's the point of having appointments if you're having your customers wait more then 45 minutes? if you like waiting in your car in the lovely sun then this is your spot. I value my time, I have other things I need to do. with peace and love, no hate.

Office Staff very nice, however--I was very disappointed that the doct. did not examine my dogs in front of us, I wouldnt think a Doctor would take my kids out and examine them without the parents,they didnt give the shots in front of us, I paid for a doctor to check out my dogs, how do I know what was performed..very disappointing

I love this office! They are so great w communication and caring for my pets. The dr always calls me to let me know his thoughts and we make a plan together.

Even though the diagnosis was not what I expected, Dr. was exceptionally compassionate and the office staff friendly and professional. I will not take my fur babies anywhere else.

Dr. Pawar is fantastic, as is the staff. Our dog had a high temp and they took her in and got her well. She is back to her playful self!

They really care about your pets. I had an emergency with my 11 year old dog. They did everything possible to accommodate her needs. They always follow up the next day with a phone call to check on my pet after treatment. I'm very pleased with the service and courtesy of the staff.

Woodcrest Veterinary Clinic’s doctors and staff are always top notch! They are caring, professional, and affordable. I 100% trust them with my fur babies.

I called to check in and was put on hold for 10 minutes. When the receptionist picked up again she put me again on hold three more times without telling me she was going to put me in hold. A technician finally came to get my dog 15 minutes after my appointment time was scheduled for. My dog was there to get two vaccinations. They had her in the clinic for 30 minutes. The staff is friendly; however just extremely slow. They advertise low cost vaccine clinics however I paid $45 for two vaccines.

The staff are rockstars!! I have an Akita who does not like his feet touched so nail trimming is a task. This place gets the job done with love and confidence!! I won’t go anywhere else!!

I am so thankful for Woodcrest Vet. They have such a great warm hearted and knowledgeable staff. Kris at the front desk is amazing! Thank you all for the love you give my fur babies.

Our visit was good the staff was on point, we just had to wait a while until we were help, but in general everybody was very friendly the site was very clean and the doctor was very communicative. I would recommend this place

They are always running behind. My dog has an appointment at 5:30 and was not seen until 6:30

Staff was friendly and caring I think the staff up front was busy and just in a hurry but they were fine. One nurse that took xrays and the other wrote details were really nice. Dr. Pawar I think was his name was, was nice and explained everything until I understood. Would like for them e to have introduced themselves. The one thing I did not like was that it smelled like feces both times I went in. And the floor in the room I went into with my kitty had hair on it. I may be spoiled as I use to go to Alicia pet care center in Mission Viejo and they were extremely clean. Always bleaching the room from top to bottom after each pet and always cleaning the lobby floor. But over all I’m happy with them. Just need to clean up better. I had another appointment a year later. Dr. Mann saw my kitty. He is very thorough and kind. Explaining everything and answering my questions. He called me the next day as he said he would. He took the time with me to again answer any questions I had. He took precautions to get my kitty on meds to combat what he thought was wrong (he was correct) Everything was very clean this time and the staff are extremely kind and friendly.

The veterinarians and their staff here are truly amazing and very caring people. They are available to speak with me to answer my questions and put my mind at ease regarding my dog and cat which is very important to me. i can't say enough good things about this clinic and especially Dr. Maan and the care and comfort that he and his very capable staff provide to my animals. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone wanting expert and caring service and at a reasonable cost. Thank you Woodcrest Veterinary Clinic! You are truly a great veterinary full service center.

This place overall was a very nice place and really helped my dog. I am truly grateful. I just front understand how I had a appointment at 5pm and my dog did not get seen until almost closing.

Very clean. Doctor and staff are professional and super nice.

Used to be Ok. Not great. Entire new group took over. Horrible experience. They tell you to come down and wait in your car. Then won't answer the phone after three 15min long calls. Then when they come out to a car, they ignore you completely when you ask to get on the list, and tell you to call on the phone. They aren't answering the phone!!! Finally another customer called them out, had to be very rude to them. They took my cat in eventually. Then they did a hard up sell on Diet Cat Food, and blood tests. I just wanted his asthma treated. I felt they were holding the asthma medication ransom unless I paid for all the up sell products. Like they were going to let him die if I didn't pay for tons of extra stuff I didn't want. The cats wouldn't touch the diet food, it made one of my cats throw up, and have diarrhea. They we tossed it all in the trash where it belongs. What a huge wast of money, and a total nightmare!!!

Everyone was very friendly! Dr. Mann was very thorough and took his time with my puppy. He listened to me and answered all of my questions.
