Dr Milict direct, handled our cat and dog professionally, educated us thoroughly and provided follow up to our questions. One year later, we got a 7 week old puppy, had parvo, presented to the vet Friday noon vomiting, lethargic, dehydrated. Pup released Sun well on way to recovery and continues to do well. Charges were reasonable and the Sunday release when he was ready was appreciated. These same vets help with my aging horse and her issues. They have always provided a plan that I can agree with. Thanks

Had a kitten that was neutered there and he got sick and died. I realize this happens from time to time but the 24/7 emergency line was extremely rude and did not give me any advice when I called. Only to come at 8 but unfortunately our kitten passed away before that and I felt helpless. The doctor on the line just kept complaining that it was 4 in the morning and they had a long night and week. I do not think they care. The office staff is nice, that's the only good thing I can say about my experience. I would not recommend them off my experience.

I waited over 2 hours for my appointment that was supposed to be at 2:30 and didn’t get back until 4:45 after I was told they were only 30 minutes behind. Staff would not communicate why they were so behind. this office is too busy to be open one day a week down here with only one vet. Do better I will be going to Canyon from now on.

We called to let them know we were going through an emergency with our cat. Since we haven't needed to see them in the past, we aren't in their system, and since that was the case they won't see us at the local office: we've got to take the animal 100+ miles to some other office to get him registered before he can get care. And I get it, business is business and you've got to follow policy. I don't expect an exception made for us. My issue was listening to them just shut us down and hang up the moment they heard we couldn't make the drive.

We had an emergency where our dog was injured and needed care beyond our capabilities, and they told us to turn around and drive 120 miles away to their other facilities.

They're friendly and don't overcharge. This is unparalleled in Ridgecrest. It's so refreshing to be treated well without a thousand unnecessary services being guilted onto you. When I took my kitten to the Bishop location they even taught me how to take care of his issue without coming back.

I was very pleased with the care my pet received. I was surprised at the reasonable rates, as well. Vickie was so helpful and courteous. They took my pet's history over the phone so when my mom brought her in all the information was already there. They got us in on an urgent basis when no one else in town could see us or would answer their phones. I have a new vet. Only wish they had Saturday appointments. As someone else said, only complaint, they're not here often enough.

It was late on a Wendsday and my cat was suffering and no other clinic in town was willing to see him. Even though I wasn't one of their clients they allowed my cat to cross the rainbow bridge with grace and dignity.

I love it here! They don't overcharge, they give advice on home remedies, and the staff are very friendly. My dogs love the vets and the technicians, they don't cower or get scared when opening the door to the office. My only complaint is they're not here enough. Highly recommend!
