Had to change my 5 star to a 2. Went in for a quick couple shots for my puppy and the technician Stephanie had very poor bedside manners. Never smiled, seemed to hate her job. Wasn't welcoming at all.

We feel oreo is safe and well cared for here. They are thorough They are very caring and very responsive and helpful. We can't say enough. We highly recommend valley animal hospital.

I tried to make an appointment for my dog, who was experiencing bloody stool and Diarrhea. After several recorded messages I finally got a live human being. I was told that someone from scheduling will contact me (call me back) within thirty minutes. No one did! I called back and after 17 minutes on hold listening to recorded music, I gave up! They were no closed. I have been with Valley animal Hospital well over 15 years, prior to the last buy out of this business. These relatively new owners are more of a corporation type than a loving local vet. Oh how things have changed!

They help my dog really fast he was bleeding a lot today thank God for these doctors thank youuuuu guys so much for saving my dog!!!!! Much love to all of you!!!!!!

Super clean! Looks NEW! I am going to say this... I brought a dog in that I found, needed to be scanned for a chip! They scanned him and no chip? So... Please... Can you spare an area or a wall for LOST & FOUND- DOGS & Cats! There needs to a place in this area where people can count on it to be the only place to find your lost pet.

their scheduling was on point when they were still along valley ave. Now the wait time at the new place is ridiculous. Most recent appointment I had was for 2:50p. They didnt call my dog in til 3:40. And prior to that, my 11:40 turned to 12:30p. ????

Valley Animal Hospital is amazing! Their new facility is gorgeous and their staff is always so friendly. I recently took my Puppy Arlo in for shots and a check up and WOW I was amazed at the quality of care they offer. I met their newest vet Dr. Reid and she blew me away. Arlo was in love with her from the get go and she was so attentive and patient with my bazillion questions. She made me feel so comfortable and gave me some amazing advice for Arlo's needs. I literally was thinking " wow they really have outdone themselves with hiring quality vets". I left the office feeling like I have the exact care I need for Arlo and like I was apart of the family and not just another client. Their prices are also very fair and I love that they do reminders for upcoming shots and appointments. I would give them a 10 out of 10 if I could. I highly recommend this place!

We went here on a whim. Now they have a new family added to their care. Absolutely wonderful. The Doctor took the time to explain everything. Medications, x-rays answered all questions. All the staff were in goid moods, happy, HELPFUL. Thank you. Ruby is doing so much better. Actually played with me today.

Bowers is a sweetheart. Every visit she is always kind, patient, informative, and gentle. She was definitely meant to be a vet. I'm glad they were able to upgrade to a larger building. Their app is so cool! I wish appointment set up was more accurate but you can call for appointment. You're in good hands here ????????????????????????????

Friendly kind and courteous staff

Valley Animal Hospital is a great establishment with folks who care. For veterinary services they are reasonably priced and their new location is quite large and nice with large amounts of parking. Dr. Duprez and Dr. Bowers are both great and caring vets. They have treated my dogs since they were puppies and are now 7 years old. Taking your animals there will never be a bad choice.

Dr.Reed was exceptional with my chloe.. all the staff there Doctors techs,receptionists, and Cathy the animal groomer are kind courteous and exceptional at what they do.i have been taking my 3 animals there now for many years and will continue to in the future.

Such kind staff and the vets there really care about your pets I would highly recommend this animal hospital, they don't cost an arm or leg either very reasonable prices
