Love this place! Highly recommended! My cats were sick they were having trouble breathing and every hospital and vet near me either rejected me or had to wait a month or so for them to see my cats. I called Rialto animal hospital explain my situation and they told me they were closing in 30 min but they were willing to wait for me. Took my cats in same day! VERY THANKFUL LOVE YOU GUYS!

Really impressive new building. The care my old doggy received here was excellent. They made her comfortable and were very respectful of all decisions.

I recently got a pup for my kids. I made an appointment for a check up and first vaccines for my pup. The place was very clean and top notch. The staff were courteous and very professional. I highly recommend Rialto Animal Hospital.

No other vet can compare. Truly one of the best hospitals I've been to. Lol even better than my own health provider hahaha. They really care about our pets!! Everyone was great to work with. Very pleasant communication from the vet techs. They left no questions unanswered. They saved my kittens when they were sick. Will return for all future needs including neutering, soon. Prior to visiting this place, I took my pets to Thrive at Petco. NEVER AGAIN, though. Thrive is short staffed, they have terrible comms, terrible at keeping pet records, terrible hours.. the vet was nice, but didn't seem to have the tools and resources to do their best work. RIALTO animal hospital is fully resourced.

Despite having to put my dog to sleep so she wouldn't suffer any more then she all ready did, Rialto animal hospital were very great in handing the proses. All I can say is thank you R.A.H

Our cat today had a sudden onset of rear leg weakness. From the information I could gather, our pet had threw a blood clot. We put him in the carrier and brought him to the first hospital we could think of that was recommended by a friend. Our Vet is closed on Saturday. When we arrived I told the receptionist what was going on with our pet and she went into the back and came back out and told me that they were full today and everything was by appointment only and gave me a sheet of Emergency Hospitals I could go to. Most of the hospitals had a 3-4 hour wait. We made our way to one that said the wait would be about an hour or two. Our baby died on route to that hospital. What really upsets me was that Rialto Animal Hospital did not even bother to see him even though he was in unstable condition. They may or may not have been able to save him but the lack of compassion to not even bother is why I’m writing this review. It has come to my knowledge that most animal hospitals don’t treat emergencies, but yet they call themselves hospitals. They should change their names to clinics or urgent care. Do yourself a favor, make sure you call around and find an emergency animal HOSPITAL that actually triages it’s patients instead of a first come first serve basis. That’s what real hospital emergency rooms do. I will never ever come back to Rialto animal hospital because of their lack of compassion.

The team at RAH were thoughtful, caring, and made a point of keeping us informed about our dog's health during our visit. When you bring in a loved animal for an emergency, it helps too have people who understand what you need and make every attempt to make the experience positive, even if it isn't easy. One of the best veterinary hospitals I ever been to. Thanks!

Super super clean facility, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Boarding rates are above average for the area but definitely worth it.

Best clinic ever. It feels like a spa when you walk in, and my puppy is ecstatic every time he gets to go, lol. The staff are so kind and caring, and they all know their stuff. I would trust them with my life! I also love how they call you to check on your pet if they were having an issue. Very professional, positive, and compassionate clinic.

This vet is amazing! They actually care about the pets!

We have been bringing our senior dog here for a few years and have always had a great experience with several of the vets. Very recently it was discovered through testing that our Josie developed Lymphoma and her health was rapidly deteriorating. After 12.5 years with our beloved pup, we decided euthanasia was the most humane, but the most difficult decision we made for her. I do have to say, from the start, from the appointment process, to check in, everything was so thoughtful and dealt with with such compassion. Dr. Scott was our vet that day and the understanding and compassion of the situation was not understated whatsoever. I just want to say thank you to Dr. Scott and to the staff of Rialto Animal Hospital for making one of our family's hardest days more bearable with the kindness and professionalism shown that day. ????

Love this place!!!! Highly recommend for anyone that wants their pet treated by people who love your pet as much as you do… staff is super friendly, veterinarians have so much knowledge and really want to educate pet owners as well as treat them the best way possible. My dogs are nervous at the vet and they always do great here! Also it’s super clean. Love love love!
