Did a great job! Our first time going to Rosa!

I took my dog for the first time and I loved it a lady did it. The second time I took my dog I asked for the lady. When I picked up my dog I was not happy at all, the lady was not there someone else did it and they lied to me.

Dropped off my golden doodle for a trim, We asked for a minimal trim and got this! Not happy at all with this cut.. very disappointing they didn’t even do what I asked for and they only except cash it’s 2021!! Stay away from this place.

She always does a good job(only injured my dog once). But, the new increase in prices from $75.00 to $100.00 without prior notice, for me that doesn't sit well. I will be seeking out a new groomer asap.

Trimmed my huskys nails here. Was quick and fast, didn't need an appointment either.

I've been a customer for over a year and today I experienced horrible customer service from Rosa's dog grooming. Rosa threw me out because I questioned her prices as to why they keep going up every month. I asked her if her prices are going to keep increasing every month and that's why she said she doesn't want to wash my dog. I had a genuine question and she got all upset. You just don't do that to a loyal customer. She said "I don't want any problems" as if I'm going to do something or if I'm a person who causes problems. I will never go back to this establishment ever again and I will take my money somewhere else. They are not professional and lack basic customer service. You just don't do loyal customers this way especially if they are seeking clarification. 5/14 - The owner came back with a response that they we're getting better reviews that me. Ummm. I don't have a dog grooming company. Instead to rectifying the issue they respond with that. That's so unprofessional. This is why I'll continue to tell people not to take their dogs here. Don't try to come after customers especially when we're a pillar in the community. Remember, you're in my neighborhood not the other way around. I've been in this community for over 30 years. Don't do that Rosa's Dog Grooming. Don't do that.

This place is phenomenal. I adopted a dog from the pound that needed the works. I dropped him off looking like a scraggly little mutt and when I came back to get him he was a completely different dog. I recommend this place. Two thumbs up. Friendly and helpful staff.

I love this place its the only place were i can take my yogi and he doesnt come home scared or traumatized.

Just when to get my dog a bath.....and the guy that helped me was unprofessional... I left the salon and went back to ask him something else and they where talking about me... Very unprofessional.... And when I asked "what kind of haircut do you have meaning what kind of package do you guys have" he answered "dog haircut like I was dumb that didn't know what kind of haircut i wanted "reallyy rude... I would not recommend at all.... And I will not return here.

Called to make appointment for my dog. They set up an appointment for following day, was real happy that they made me an appointment for next day. They set it for 9:30am, got there early so I wouldn't be late. They didn't even show up on time, I waited til 945am. They can't even show up on time, than they wonder why they're business went out of business ? Here's a tip, ( OPEN UP ON TIME )!

Very nice lady you can really tell she loves dogs ???? I know my dog is in good hands.

VERY disappointed!! I only gave one star because there is no 0 one. My dog had 3 different cuts and he was licking his wounds right after the grooming. I am very disappointed of the service and the price was much higher than last time. We will definitely look for other places!

All dogs have the same cut. Bad customer service. Teenagers are running the place. If you are looking for a groomer in the area, try Holiday!

Over priced for the place it is rude and mean staff

I would give zero star rating if I could. Totally dissatisfied with the service my pups received. They used clippers to trim their fur. In some parts it was trimmed so close to their skin that their skin became irritated. And, their fur is uneven. I can't believe how close they got to the eyes, with mechanical clippers! On top of this horrible trim job my pups came home with fleas! I'll be paying a real professional dog groomer to fix the bad trim job and to treat the flea infestation. Never again will we be returning. The only reason I brought my pups here was because I thought this was still Rosa's shop.

I DO NOT recommend for you to take your fur babies to this Horrible place my poor baby came back shaved to the skin When I specifically asked for a small trim , she also came with some of her nails not trimmed still long and some cut very short and u can see some blood residue and I was not Notified about the poor job that they did and to top it off she came home with a cut on her head and when I called all I got was an attitude . Please if you care about your babies DO NOT take them here yea u might not want to pay more but never again will I pay less for my babies safety to be played with .

Whiskey was not happy, but he never did like baths. They did a good job. No more shedding.
