Sycamore Creek Animal Hospital Corona, California

This clinic suggested a behavioral trainer who scared my dog so bad she was sick for 2 weeks. She is almost 4, has never tried to get out of her crate, after they took her out for 2 hours she broke out of her crate 2 nights in a row and on the 2nd night got her leg caught, hurting it. After she healed i had a appointment with Sycamore Creek to discuss calming drugs and prespay exam. They refused to let me be with her for the exam, even though the vet was willing to be in the same room with me as long as needed to discuss calming medication and the spay. I understand they have new rules, but when you have a fearful dog, your willing to discuss information in the same room with the pets owner, i would think you could make a exception for that pet to help them stay calm. What are you trying to hide in the exam?

Very professional, extremely nice, really care about your animals. Made me feel very welcome, and comfortable. Very pleased with the Doctor and staff. They came recommended by several of my friends. Absolutely nothing bad to say.

Our first experience here was good but todays visit was the complete opposite.....extremely disheartening.

Very rude staff, my concern is that if they are rude to to there customers, I can only imagine how they treat out pets when we are not there to watch over them.

Just moved to TV. Took our 3 dogs to Sycamore Creek this week. We have known Dr. Verault for many years at another vet in Riverside. So happy our animals are in her care once again!

After 4 hours of trying to locate a vet that could get me in for an emergency, I happened across Sycamore. From my first frantic phone call to checking out and going home with a healthy dog, everyone was compassionate not only to my dog, but to me too. They were quick to get me in, clearly went over my dog's treatment, and just as quickly had us on our way. Will be changing all of my pets over to our new vet.

Nice staff and doctor, clean facility although my furbaby was taken to the back to be examined. I've never seen that before. It alarmed me a little. EVERYTHING was done in the back. Kinda scary. But overall it was good.

In the short time I've lived in Corona I've brought 2 of my cats here. All of the staff is friendly, helpful and very caring. The 2 doctors are thorough and responsive to our concerns. Test results come back in a timely manner and my concerns become their concerns too. Every client is treated with respect and are not rushed in and out the door. To top it all off the cost here was quite reasonable. I couldn't ask for anything more !

Our senior dog Princess is a patient of Dr. Amy Card. This is a great animal hospital with caring staff and a convenient location.

Dr. V. spent about 30-45 minutes with us and our dog. We’ve been to another Vet, they take your pet, we’ve never seen a doctor since COVID, and we’ve taken our dog 3-4 times. We never had the chance to talk to the doctor and ask questions or to give details about our pet. We most often pay close to $200. We are a follower of Dr.V. WB.

This vet is awesome. They are very busy, but it’s because they are fantastic. When it’s your pet’s turn to be seen, they give you the time you need and treat you with kindness. I chose this vet from reviews and referrals from friends and I completely understand why people rave about the docs and staff here!

If you're so busy you can't answer your phone or call people back you're making money and you should hire some help. I sat out front and watched the lady at the front desk ignore my repeated calls yesterday. Terrible customer service...

They didn't keep us waiting. They took great care of my dog and then followed up with a phone call a few days after the visit to see how she was responding to treatment. Their fees were very fair and no up charge sales pitches. I highly recommend this vet!

I can't speak for the level of care they offer. This is the fourth time I've been turned away from this vet office. They say they're all booked up and I need to make an appointment. However they never answer the phone and the link on their website to make an appointment just list the phone number to the line they never answer.

We have so much faith in Dr. Verreault taking care of our furbabies. She is very knowledgeable, self assured and caring. Gives us much peace of mind when our pets have scary issues.

We went there for a second opinion and I am so glad we did. They examined our boy and In very simple detail explained our dogs situation and gave us a game plan which we are now starting. They were kind, patient and I loved how they loved our boy right off the bat. They are amazing.

They were so great. They were booked 2 weeks out but somehow, Nicole got us in to get our cat check out. Got in right at appointment time, everything was smooth and efficient and everyone I dealt with was warm and helpful.

I’ve never met a more caring and positive group of people at a veterinary hospital. It starts top-down with the Doctors and carries through to the entire staff. I feel confident my pets are always well cared for. You can’t put a price on at. But what you can put a price on, they’ve priced as competitively as possible. You won’t find a better price matched with this kind of care and service anywhere. I should know, I drive over 2 hours to come to Sycamore Creek. It’s worth it.
