Due to character limits, see attached pictures for full review. TLDR: We had a good appointment in October where multiple follow-up appointments were scheduled and our dog had been placed on the dental waitlist only to find out in November that none of this had happened. When trying to get to the bottom of this, the office manager and vet provided inconsistent reasons, changing stories, and told some outright lies regarding the entire situation.

They are doing a wonderful job helping me with my cats. I'm stuck in a shelter because of the caldor fire and they go out of their way to help my babies

I have never had a problem untill now. Sadly they are the best price in town and the most caring when it's time to put down an animal as it's pretty depressing. When my mom can't pay or is having problems with her vet that's when I take over and when it involves putting down one of them this is the place I go to and I guess there policy changed my mom has a different schedule let alone gets confused about stuff hint as to why I take over and now they want her to make an account again never had a problem before let alone had to take a friends dog here for vaccines as it was closest to the animal control when she ran away while he was out of town so I took over untill he came home again no problems doing it without him being there. I guess I'll just pay extra and use my vet.

8/4: Update: Aurora, the manager got my message. Responded via email. I replied back immediately with an explanation of what happened. She call me back and "Updated the information in the system" regarding the exam date and was able to get me 2 months worth of Nexgard and as far as I know, all is good again. This hospital has been our go to for 11 years for Lulu. The main phone number doesn't even work. I'm sure the rules are made for the health of my dog, but her teeth were removed in 10/2020 and today is 8/2/2021, I spent $1500 to remove her teeth which I'm pretty sure she was checked before they gave her anesthesia and pulled out all but 2 teeth, her last wellness check was 8/2020. But today I called and they won't approve flea medication for her. Seriously??? I asked the lady nicely over and over again to ask if someone can make an exception. This is not the IRS or DMV office. You are a small pet hospital. This is a special circumstance since I'm trying to avoid a flea outbreak at mom's house. If someone would like to respond back to me to see if they will make an exception for flea medication. I'm happy to make a "wellness check", but you are booked out till the end of the month, which I don't mind, if they can approve the flea medication. Lulu Chang is my dog. I took my dog here due to bloody stools. After the fecal sample returned, the medical director said nothing was wrong so I rescheduled the appointment to line up with his vaccinations. Come to find out at the rescheduled appointment, the fecal sample did actually come back with results that my dog might have had giardia; other than that, according to this veterinarian, nothing was wrong. I was a little worried because of their incompetence, so I took him to another veterinarian a week later and they identified the following problems: Giardia Gingivitis Cataracts in the beginning stages Malignant tumor on his ear (that means he could die from it) This veterinarian is a joke.

This place is so great! I was sad to leave my old vet when moving states but everyone was so kind and went above and beyond. I wish I would have caught my techs name that came to get my dogs, she was amazing, kind, and really made me feel like my dogs would be cared for

Have been going to aplus for 12 years with my pets. Since it's become corporate vca it's gone way downhill. Last two appointments I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. This last time I went 15 minutes late to save me on the extra long wait time and was told I couldn't be seen because I was almost 20 minutes late. So I left and got the vaccine I needed at Tractor Supply for pennies on the dollar compared to what VCA charges. Then to top it off they called me an hour later wondering where I was at cause they had me all "checked in" Wow super disorganized.

Brought my fur grandchild here for her vaccinations. Due to her weight, the vet recommended tests which showed she had swallowed something. They worked with my son on a payment plan as she needed emergency surgery.

I have been taking my animals to A Plus for over 25 years. I would not trust any other veterinary clinic with their care. The staff throughout the years has always been professional, knowledgeable, and caring. My two Labradors are a part of the A Plus family. Dr. April Heinsch, the Medical Director, cares for both of my girls. Her knowledge is obviously the result of both extensive education and experience. She is one of the most personable veterinarians I have ever met. The techs are friendly, competent, and a delight to interact with. Such a positive experience every time I go here.

I have had a past experience here that was not so friendly but I love VCA hospitals so I gave it another shot under a different doctor and Dr. April has been so amazing in helping me care for my baby girl and her illness and this is Definitely my go to vet now

I had to have my cat morgen put down and it was the most heartbreaking thing I had to do I have never lost a pet before and it was a horrible to go threw that but I just have to say the vets and the staff were very nice and they were their for me as much as they could have been they let me stay with her all the way until the end and I have nothing but good things to say about the them and I truly feel like they cared

My first time here after having to switch from my long time het of 20 plus years as he has been sick and no longer practicing :( The staff were great, very friendly. The Vet we had was an intern learning the ropes, super friendly. He explained everything thoroughly despite not needing to really, it was just our annual for our 2 dogs and medication renewals. We will be back in a year :)

Took a friend to get her kitten's shots. Stayed in the car until the kitten was finished. They folks were very pleasant.

I have been going to A Plus for about 4 years. I have been happy with the care my pets have received. The Doctors are really good with my pets. The staff are very friendly and they were very KIND to me when I lost my Felix Unger ( long story). Also A Plus Hopital is really clean.

Been trying to get an appointment with the 14 day voucher that came with my adopted dog. I put in an appointment request "We will reach out to you in 24 hours", NOTHING. Have tried to call multiple times with no one picking up. So now it seems to be impossible to get an appointment within the 14 days (by design I'm sure) and my previous dog now has the same mystery cough/gagging that the adopted dog has because I couldn't get an appointment to find out what it was and how to prevent any transmission.

Fast and easy! They come to the car to get you dog, take them in and bring them back out. Being able to pay via text on their link was so easy and fast as well. Vet's are great and have a wonderful knowledgeable staff. My dog is always happy when she comes out!
