Dr Kuester and her staff are great. Been going to this office since 1980. Dr Kuester purchased practice last year. She is very knowledgeable and attentive. Definitely a great vet for fur babies!

Dr. Kuester and her staff were very personable and responsive. They allowed me to bring in my dog right after Christmas while many vets in Reno are not taking any new patients. She was very good with my dog (got down on the floor with her) and patiently answered all my questions. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kuester.

Our old vet retired so we moved over to TMVH and we’ve been very happy with the care our dog has received. Both vets take the time to explain all options of what could help.I think it’s so nice that they get down to the dog’s level to make the appt a little less stressful for the animal.

I really like the way Dr. Kuester treats my two dogs. She gets down on the floor with them for their exams, vaccines, etc… She even plays with them. Mostly I like how thorough she is. I think she is an excellent veterinarian and would highly recommend her.

Absolutely the best veterinary care you'll find in washoe county Dr. Kuester is Top notch in every aspect and that's alot coming from me since I'm retired of 25 years in animal care and have seen alot of good and too much bad. You can't go wrong with Dr. Kuester and her staff!

So far, so good. We were absorbed into this practice as a result of Drs. Sara an Grinsell retiring. The experience so far seems to be good. We were used to paying from invoice for 40 years so paying at the counter was something to adjust to, but sometimes you just have to accept change and move on. We're getting used to having a new Vet take care of our beloved canines. It seems to be a quality operation. I can recommend this practice.

I brought my puppy in to have a procedure done that Dr. Kuester wasn’t familiar with. She took the initiative to contact another Vet who could help and figured it out! We are so grateful for her caring and willingness to help us. We highly recommend her - she is a wonderful!

Dr. Kuster is great with our little guy. She was extremely attentive to his needs and conditions and likely caught a heart murmur before it became a bigger issue. Prices are bit expensive but they are one of the few veterinary practices in the area currently taking new clients. Extremely convenient location and friendly staff. The only complaint we had was during the added echocardiogram appointment requirement that pets be there all morning before the mobile tech arrives (usually around noon or after). Pets shouldn't have to wait around for 6+ hours before the tech arrives. Our little guy had to go for 22 hours without food because of the fasting requirement and the tech showing up so late.

Very friendly, up close and personal, and informative about the care and concern of your pets. ????

Fantastic vet for my kitties. They're so quick and respectful, they genuinely care about you and your pets and will sit down with you and take time to answer any questions. I won't go anywhere else!

Took over 4 weeks to get an appointment for vaccinations since they insisted on performing an exam at the same time. They would not do all his vaccinations at the same time, so two appointments were needed. They confirmed with the wrong contact person, who told them, “I’ll call back if I need to reschedule.” I drove in from Fallon (65miles) for them to tell me my appointment was cancelled. The doctor refused to fit me in, which would then make the second appointment with a technician needing to be rescheduled. Very poor form on Dr. Kuesters part; her office made the confirmation/cancellation blunder and it cost me a 2.5hr round trip for nothing. This office has greatly changed since the change of ownership. I myself am a physician, I understand scheduling mishaps happen. My appointment would have taken 10 minutes, but apparently good customer service and accountability on their end doesn’t matter. I called my vet in Fallon and they got me in in 3 days and will do all the vaccinations in 1 appointment.

I was there to pick up meds for my dog. We still cannot go inside. The tech who delivered them to me was very helpful and prompt.

They are kind fast and have reasonable prices and they work with both cats and dogs

These vets are very good and very wise and experienced. They've never disappointed. I love them and their staff.

I've taken my rescue to 3 vets in the 4 years I've had him and for the FIRST TIME EVER, he got an actual examination. I watched Dr Sara spend 20 minutes examining him head to toe, feeling his limbs for bumps and looking in his ears and eyes. I've taken my pup in for exams before and wellness checks, but never have I had a local vet take the time to do an actual examination. Gus has 2 fibrous bumps that I was quoted an arm and a leg to remove at my last vet - Dr.Sara quoted me for 1/4 of the cost to remove them. I'm very impressed and looking forward to taking my animals to a vet who does an honest good job.

Everyone is so amazing at this office. Dr. Grinsell is the best vet ever and super caring for our little tripod kitty (she lost a leg to cancer). Always very conservative in how he approaches issues but always gets them taken care of.

I highly recommend this Vet, they are well established and took very good care of my dog for an eye surgery he needed.

I took my Luna in on a Saturday after she cut her back paw that needed stitches. Dr.Sara was beyond amazing with her and knew exactly what to do once he was able to view her cut. The waiting time was not at all horrible and the staff was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. I can say we have found Luna's primary Vet. :) Very happy we found this place randomly open on a Saturday morning. Prices are also are great for our Fur babies.

I heard about Dr. Sara from a friend recently. My dog then became very ill so I took her there. They were wonderful and caring. My dog didn't make it but I'm glad I took her to Dr. Sara instead of my prior vet as the service was far superior. He showed great care and compassion and I didn't feel like my dog was just another dog. He gave me daily reports about everything down to how much she wagged her tail compared to the day before.

Best. Vet. Ever. Hands down. Super helpful and caring. Super affordable.

Our family pets have been taken care of by Dr Sara since the 80s. The best there is. They genuinely love animals - our German Shepherd used to put his paws on the counter and lick the faces of the staff. He loved boarding there, too. Great people.

Every one is very compassionate and caring! Very clean as well.

Old fashioned service and care. Knowledgeable and friendly vets. Good prices and no push for extra services. Caring staff.

This place is amazing. I would highly recommend this vet office. My dog is scared to walk on tile and the girls were so patient with her and even brought towels to lay down to get her into the room. The Dr was very personable with me and so good with her and so was his assistant. I was expecting a very high bill because they gave her a shot and 2 meds and for the visit itself, but it was extremely affordable! It was my first visit and I will definitely be back!

We have been going to Truckee Meadows vet for 6 years and love them my dogs and cats get very good attention from them we had a serious set of tumor removals and are doing fine now. My dog is Wendy and she has responded well to her operations. They realize our pets are family.
