I have trust issues - but not with Dr. martini !

They are always willing to listen and sometimes I feel they are treating the pet owners as well as the pets.

Best veterinary clinic/hospital I have ever been to. They have taken care of all of my dogs and given each one of them the care and concern they need. I love them and would never think of taking my animals anywhere else.

My history with my animal companions and with SWVH has been intertwined going back over 30 years. The original partner, now retired, and I met all those years ago before SWVH even existed. In all those years, I never once let any other human on earth care for my animals; he earned that level of trust. I was quite pleased that Doctor branched off on his own and opened SWVH. In that process, it was necessary for him to choose a partner for his practice; someone who could be trusted to inherit that long list of patients built up over decades of time as he eased into retirement. I admit to a degree of skepticism the first time I met Dr. Erin Rasmusson. How in the world will she, or anyone for that matter, be able to live up to such a blemishless reputation? Our first meeting was as pressure filled as it could have possibly been. I had an emergency, my dear companion's life was hanging by a thread and I had no choice but to trust her. With a quiet confidence, professional innovation and thinking outside the box Dr. Rasmusson blessed me with several more years with my companion. Years I'm certain to have been deprived of had I trusted a lessor Doctor. I remain grateful beyond words. I've read reviews elsewhere pointing out that the price structure at SWVH is a bit higher than elsewhere. I ask the authors of those comments this: How much is it worth to provide your animal with the best of care and, in some cases, save their life? How much? Give me a number. Until you can answer that, make an appointment at SWVH for your companion and enjoy the peace of mind you'd be missing elsewhere. Your companion deserves it, and so do you.

I adore this vet practice. Always top notch care, easy to get seen quickly when needed and compassionate bedside manner for my fur babies. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I've been a client for almost 4 years with 3 cats and nothing but positive experiences.

Dr Rasmussen is the best, yet ive never had any problems with the current vets.. they are well informed, capable, compassionate and lovely vets. The front desk staff is superb. Stephanie recently helped me in a very kind way.

I have taken pets to other vets before, but none have truly cared about my animals as Southwest Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Martini, in particular, has the kindest, most gentle manner and has the ability to make you feel at ease, even when your pets are sick. I am so grateful for the staff who take such good care of my babies!

I've been taking my dogs (Labradoodle, 2 Shih Tzu's, and a Labradoodle) to the docs at Southwest for 11 years, and being able to trust them when moving through the tough stuff that we all eventually go through with our pets is such a comfort. I always know I am getting good advice, my dogs are cared for and about, and that in a jam, they can always help too.

Southwest Veterinary Hospital has been a savior in these needs for so many years and in so many ways. Not only have I entrusted my own pets to their expertise, I also run a non-profit rescue so the veterinary challenges I have presented to these professionals have been above average. The most outstanding attribute I can mention is the very obvious level of care and concern. All Veterinarians and their staff have a similar realm of education and experience. What distinguishes Southwest Veterinary Hospital is their ability to instill confidence that they will utilize all their resources to provide outstanding care and attention to your pets health needs. I have always left their facility with no doubt that every need is being met with expertise, promptness and actually devotion to maintaining or improving the animal's health. The entire hospital is always clean, staff are always courteous and the Veterinarians provide a remarkable service!

Very disappointed in them. I've been going there for many years, and when my dog became extremely sick, an EMERGENCY, they would not fit me in. Instead I was told to go to an Emergency Animal Hospital and spend a lot more money. If my Dr. were not retired, they would have never gotten by with that. Very upsetting.

The clinic is clean and everyone is super kind. The veterinarians are stellar.

Southwest Vet has made my puppy's introduction into vet care so positive and happy. Dr. Schroeder is never short of treats for her, and the vet techs all treat her like she is their own. The office is so clean and well organized, and appointments are seen on time. Dr. Schroeder and Dr. Rasmussen take their time to answer any questions and give us updates on future preventative care needed. I can't say enough positive things about this vet, and look forward to being their client for a very long time!
