Pet Station - Reno Reno, California

Ollie at the McCarran Pet Station was very kind and helpful, and this location had healthy wet food options for my 12 year old (dog obviously lol); a lot of empty shelves lately because of the supply chain dilema, but not at Pet Station!

Great store friendly and welcoming staff amazing service great help for qeustions about pet food. They go out of there way to make sure you get the best food suited for your pets

I have purchased all of my animal food and treats from pet Station for the past five years today I went to the store and assistant manager team was indignant about forcing me to buy more than what I needed and continuously trying to upsell me when I shared with her that I was buying what I needed . she told me that I could leave the store and refuse to service me. Pet Station, there are so many boutique dog food stores in Nevada and I really have historically like the people that work for you but that individual wow the fact that you think that that is good management material is reason for me to go elsewhere. Any buddy who treat a customer like that with continuous pressure to buy more than what I really need when I’ve been a customer since 2017It’s really sad if this is how you intend to grow your business good luck

Great customer service. My dog didn't like the food I got there and they let me return it. They got a new loyal customer! They also have a great selection of good quality dog toys and accessories.

I love this place! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they have deals on pet food and dog baths, and have a great selection of toys, treats, harnesses, etc. Our dog LOVES to get a bath here. Highly recommend.

Round 2 with another Pet Station! Just like the North Valleys location, staff is nice, store is clean but your staff is inexperienced with fish. Got a “it’s above my pay grade” when I asked if they were aware of their bettas health. “They don’t sell fast enough and we can’t get them out of the small cups” why would anyone buy a sick fish? They are not selling for a reason and the fact this is in multiple Pet Stations means that it’s management/corporate. You should be ashamed of yourselves as a pet store. I wouldn’t even trust you guys with what kind of dog food you would recommend. Disgusting.

I came to give my dog a bath and it was our first time. My dog didn't want to get in the tub and I was embarrassed, but the guy who helped me was very patient and kind. We will definitely be back to do it again. I will remember to wear the apron next time!

I came here with family to check out their snakes and reptile supplies. Matt was very helpful and let us hold several of the reptiles, including a ball python, corn snake, and a chameleon -- all which looked healthy. I can't comment on the other animals since I came specifically for reptiles. We ended up buying a 20 gal Zoo Med terarrium kit which was super cheap (only $130, compared to other pet stores which price it between $160 and $210). Great customer service. I didn't end up buying one of the snakes here though, and I think my only complaint is that the snakes were a little overpriced compared to other pet stores and breeders. I realize that the corn snake had the Snow morph, which could drive up the price a little, but I typically see these cheaper on Morph Market. Other than that, I liked this place and I intend to stop by again the next time I'm in Reno.

Pet Station is really great place to find those yummy treats for your "beloveds". I looked everywhere online and in-store for a winter vest for my pitbull. Come to find out I just had to drive a couple miles away to Pet Station to get the clothing accessory that was perfect for my beloved Lucy.

I love this place too, also very knowledgeable about the pets and pet supplies and they know what your pet needs and the pets you may want so this place is great for small animals also your dog and cats so a great place to get what you need for your animals

Jennifer is the best. I go once a week for my great dane and lab mix and spend about 400.00 a month on food. I am always excited to go cuz Jennifer is always there with a smile and answers all my questions and helps me. She always has time as if I am her only customer. She has helped me over time build a unique and super healthy meals for my lab and dane to insure they both live a good long life. Anything they dont like....they will refund 100% whether it food or even toys. If ur dog wont okay with it u can bring it back and try another. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you jennifer so much for all u do.

The ladies in the store were amazing to piggy Smalls i had recently purchased a miniature Juliana Pig and needed a harness they were more than willing to help me put the harness on my baby and just genuinely took care of us and were so kind. I'll go no place else but to Pet Station!
