The staff is very kind, they answered my questions and are up to date with the follow ups. I will definitely keep bringing Luna here and soon my cat too. Thanks for providing affordable Vet care, this make it easy to pet owners to take good health care to our pets! (Also before I brought her, I sent several emails because I was so scared, she has an ear hematoma n could not afford a surgery but they send me options about programs for that can help with the costs. Didn’t need surgery at the end but was nice to have a quick reply.)

These guys are amazing and completely for the animals. So cost effective that you can actually help and care for your animal affordably. I have been going for awhile and all 4 cats are patients! My dog will be to when he needs to go in next. Did great work for our kitty! He's super happy now.

Excellent... got my little princess in quick...when the emergency vet could not!! Took very good care of her... when I cold not be with her through the process due to covid restrictions... but Top Rated Care from start to finish

This place won’t see anyone! They REALLY need to STOP advertising. I called because I live in California but was in Colorado and my dog sitter lives in Reno and was having a problem with my dog. She had some kind of infection in her eyes, this place made an appointment with me for that day at 3:30 but once they went to look for me in the system (which I had ALREADY told them I’d never been there before and what new situation was) the lady on the Phone said “oh no then we can’t see you then” WHAT???? You clearly have an appointment but you can’t see her? And then she told me there’s a 4 month waiting list.

First time bringing my dog here and was an amazing experience. I happened to call before opening and Mark was able to help me make a same day appointment. He was awesome! All staff I interacted with were very sweet. Dr. Pearson even came out to explain everything to me before treating. He is a very kind straightforward vet, which I love! We will definitely be switching care over! Thank you guys again!!

I took my 2yr. old cat over there because he was keeping me and my significant other awake at night. I had an exam done and the vet provided clear instructions for how to help make it easier on him at home.

We took our cat to get his vaccinations. He hadn't been to a vet in 9 years and he did wonderful. The staff is great and they loved our cat. In and out in a few minutes and the vet tech and vet were clear and thorough in explaining everything. We even got price quotes for future dental work for the little guy. I've never met a veterinary staff with so many nice and caring people! They really took care of our cat and will be bringing him there from now on. Highly recommended!!!

I took my dog in to end her suffering, this place is definitely a place I recommend. The staff was extremely empathetic towards me and my doggo, and for that I can't say enough how much that meant to me. They gave me time to be with her and allowed me to stick around untill the end. They helped me with payments on her surgery before I had to put her down. If you are looking for a trustworthy business to take your animals that literally cares about helping people then please go here, even if you dont technically need financial assistance with your pets I would 1000% tell you to go here.

My dog died 2 days after dental surgery. They did not let me know his blood work results before & didn’t tell me the morning of when I took him in. Just because this place is a cheaper option, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do better.

Let’s start of by saying the girls at the front are super sweet and very communicative. So my experience with the vet her self was very good I came here to put my dog down unfortunately due to old age. She said a prayer as she put the second dose for the euthanasian, she gave me several hugs and overall was an amazing woman. My issue here is I received a call the day after now mine you the person making the call was the manager herself she said there had been an issue I assumed it was possibly the billing itself. Nope she informed me that the crematorium had failed to make the clay paw print for my pet. I understand it was not the clinics mistake itself the ISSUE is the lack of empathy this woman’s response to this was giving me a 30 dollar credit and my money back. The money doesn’t change ANYTHING. I emailed her to recieve the information of the place who did this and she refused to help me. All I want to say is how can your attitude towards the situation be so bad if this was your pet wouldn’t you want to obtain help? I refuse to go back here in the future I refuse to give this place any business due to the unfortunate lack of understanding. I hope if this ever occurs to anyone else they will treat the situation with more care.

Banfield told me my cat needs a full mouth extraction for $2500, but the vet here at the non-proft Options told me that was surprising that they had suggested that. Options is not only trustworthy, but they also got me an appointment really quickly compared to other vets who have a wait list of months. Staff is friendly as well.

Took my cat there. They almost killed her. Overdosed her. NOT good communicators. Sorry I ever went there.

Options is amazing. They were so kind to my two kittens and equally kind to me. Didn't charge me an arm a leg, and got me kitties in when they were sick when they were booked solid. Thanks Options.
