Lisa's Pampered Paws Pet Grooming Reno, California

My girl desperately needed a visit at the groomers, and I was calling all around town but everyone was booked 1-2 weeks out! I was losing hope but then I called Lisa’s and they told me I could bring her in right away! They did such a wonderful job. My poor girl had balls of dirt and they did an awesome job with taking everything out. She is so smooth, smells great, and looks clean! Thank you so much guys for being so sweet to Guera, and for doing such a great job. I will definitely need more of your services and will continue to come!

Have gone to Lisa's Grooming for a couple of years. The last two grooming sessions with my dog were poor quality (uneven hair, wrong cut) and took forever. Lisa does not seem to be affiliated with this business anymore. They had me drop the dog off at 7:30 and when I called and checked after 3 hours they said they were grooming him and he would be done in a half an hour. They did not finish until 12:30 with a shabby cut. I do not recommend this dog groomer to anyone.

Took my dog in for 10:00 a.m.appointment for bath and clipping at 2:00p.m check progress, dog had a bath. Dog was still waiting to be clipped after 4 hours. ,

They do a wonderful job with my cat every single time!!!

Sheba is a rescued Australian Cattle dog who had been abandoned. She is shy and nervous around other dogs and people. Lisa's takes the BEST care of her and does a great job at a fair price.

When my previous dog grooming salon closed due to the pandemic, I found Lisa's. This place is awesome. They always take great care of my nervous pup and even gave me a heads up about a possible ear infection. (Took my dog to the vet and got her treated). I wouldn't have known otherwise! Great pricing and my dog is returned within 2 to 4 hours.

So thankful they made a spot for Buster. He is so much more comfortable without all that hair. Especially since he is little(but mighty) and has to wear his raptor/coyote defence vest most of the time.

5 years going to Christine's now Lisa's. It was difficult as a long time patron to end the relationship. I started with 2 dogs, now down to one, waited to get a routine appointment. Once the 2 week appointment was made, a phone call the morning of, cancelled, and they wanted to reschedule for another 2 weeks. I wasn't offered next day or a few days later, another 2 weeks! Nope my girl deserves better!

Extremely loving and careful with doggy I took in. He needed a lot of TLC. Came out a different doggo.

They were able to fit us in. Great ladies my pups were happy there

I have a retired service dog. A 16-year-old poodle who is deaf and almost blind. I am always impressed at how happy she is there. And I can tell they treat her very well. It's a great place for someone who is so attached to their pet.

Great place to take your pups for the best service and fantastic grooming ! My Zelda looks show perfect after the visit ! They are reasonable for price as well.

After being stood up by another groomer, we called Lisa's and was very happy with her upbeat and cheery invitation to bring our fur baby over for a nail trim. We were warmly welcomed, and she was taken right in. The girls did a great job with her, and it was nice that we were able to watch through the big windows in the front of the shop. They did a wonderful job of clipping her nails, and loving on her!!!! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful, welcoming service.

Took too long and too expensive. Waited for 6 hours when we were the first appointment. Took dog home and his cut was unfinished, looked like a hack job. Will never return and will encourage other to find another groomer.

Lisa is fabulous! Treats my girls with patience and sweetness! They are always accommodating and they look gorgeous when finished....and did I tell you how wonderful they smell?

I love this place! I take my two dogs here all the time. They are reasonably priced and they do a great job. They are now open on Sundays too so that helps with my schedule.

Lisa and her crew took great care of our rescue dog. She has anxiety issues and was attacked by another dog before she rescued us. It took the groomer and owner Lisa to calm our "Hunny" down long enough to get a hair cut. They really do love pets here and take real good care if them. Thank you Lisa and crew.

I really wanted to like this place, I'm new to Reno and needed to find a good groomer who knew how to groom a labradoodle correctly and not make my baby look like a poodle. I found this place on Facebook, sent a message asking how long it usually takes to groom a dog here. Was it appt based or just everyone drops their dog off in the morning and waits. I got a reply that it usually takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours but can take up to 5....I dropped my dog off at 830am, at the 5 hour mark still nothing. I called and the lady who answered said they hadn't started on him ???? then why did I have to drop him off at 830am!!!! 7 hours later he was finally done. I got there 5 mins after they called me (I was already on my way because I was going to take him, finished or not). HE WAS THE ONLY DOG THERE! When I dropped him off there were 2 people waiting after me to leave their dogs. So why was he the last one to get done??? My baby looked fine when I got him but I will be finding another place who can do him at a set appt time. My last groomer was always able to do him in 2 hours. I will not take him baby somewhere that makes him sit in a cage for 5 hours!

Absolutely love “Auntie Lisa!” She did a great job grooming my two Australian Cattle dogs. All they really need is a bath, but Lisa went above and beyond making sure they were bathed, brushed, and most importantly - dried! I had been bathing them at the local dog wash for years and there was nothing worse than having wet towels and wet dogs in my car. I’ve never seen my dogs fluffier or shinier! Her staff also accommodated the fact that my boy doesn’t like men - without issue and without making me feel like my dog was an inconvenience because of his quirks. I would highly recommend Lisa and her team. They are affordable and truly deliver on grooming!

I adopted my dog from the shelter 4 months ago (he is now 8 months old), and he is still very anxious. I took him to Lisa’s and they were so kind and understanding with my nervous pup. The employee sat outside and clipped his nails while I held him, and we were in and out in 15 minutes (without an appointment). Very thankful for how understanding and professional they were!
