Jennifer is the best groomer ever. She was on time, she was very nice and professional. She did an amazing job on my Siberian husky, even though Maddie is bigger than her usual clients. And she worked FAST, but thorough. Unfortunately, even though Maddie's under 40 pounds, she's too big for Jennifer's table, so she can't do her again. Such a pity! I definitely recommend Jennifer.

I thought I would give this groomer a try since I just moved to Reno. I Scheduled an appointment with her for 11am. She asked that I call her if anything changes. The day of the appointment, she never showed up. Nor did she call... A courtesy which she asked me to do if I needed to cancel. Now I need to find another groomer.

Best Groomer ever. My two big dogs, Nala and Simba as well as my Chihuahua Bella love her. Thanks for always making my babies look,feel and smell so great. Your amazing with how you treat my babies like they are your own family.
