We love Animal Oasis! I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Their staff is kind and helpful, and you can tell that they really care for the animals.

I've taken my 2 dogs there multiple times & no complaints. But I have called 3 times now in the last 2 weeks, left a message & Never got a call back. There voicemail says they'll get back to me in 24-72 hours. Maybe the Ownership has changed, don't know but not returning a call just doesn't work for me. I'm looking for another Groomer now.

Animal Oasis is awesome! The staff is very caring and knowledgeable and they make sure the dogs are safe and well taken care of. It's the only place I trust to board my dogs.

My furry son needed a cut or trim they gave me this. NOT PLEASED!

Our dogs are always in good health and happy after we pick them up. Great staff too. We have since moved out of state, but, they were a lifesaver when we showed the house and before that for vacations.

I've boarded my dog multiple times and taken him to the regular daycare Animal Oasis offers. He seems to love it and always comes home pooped out from playing with his new friends! ???? good prices and good people.

Just saw the TV ad with the pups wearing masks, that's just AWFUL! They look sad and confused, NOT cute nor funny. ????????

Needed boarding for my 2 pitties on short notice. Oasis as always , and I mean it has been years since I last used their service , provided amazing care for my babies. Great service and stuff. Best boarding in town.

This "IS" the "BEST" Groomer/ Boarding "EVER" every Fur Child that showed up while I was waiting outside for my Fur Child to get her nails done was "SUPER HAPPY" to be dropped off. One of them was literally smiling!! Can't wait to bring my Bobbi girl back. Prices are "OUTSTANDING!!" HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 10 STAR'S

I have been going to animal oasis for over a year for doggy daycare. I noticed Jake was starting to come out with his head down and not excited to see me only whenever the one employee (I think her name is Angelina) would bring him out. I noticed on my last several times picking him up I could always hear her screaming at the dogs. I waited to write this post until I found out her name. Please read this post and if you do go in try and find the days that she isn’t working. I can’t believe a place would even employ someone that would treat dogs this way. My friends that convinced me to use Animal Oasis don’t go here anymore either.

Bringing my dog in on Tuesday to get groomed at Animal Oasis, my dog came home whimpering,so I immediately call Animal Oasis to find out what happened. The lady proceeded to tell me nothing every thing went good. I told her how my do was acting. She then asked if I wanted her to call groomer and ask? Well of course, thought my placement on hold was because she was talking to the groomer apearntly not. I called Animal Oasis immediately back when I found the gash on the inside of his leg. She said she'd call the groomer and call me back.... Never did call back. I called her she said there were no visual marks on Senior; we at point sent the photo. Once again said she would call the groomer. She then stated when I called her back for the third time, goober said that there was marks. Then proceeded to give me her professional opinion cuz she had dogs for 16yrs and worked at Animal Oasis, that it looks like a hot spot never explained what it was. She's not a trained vet should have never gave me any opinions professional or personal. I never wanted the money back. All I got was never being acknowledged, lied too, and understood Senior is my baby and u hurt him. Every One please read this and double check ur babies coming out of Animal Oasis!!!!

Daisy had so much fun, she slept for the 3½ hour drive home.....definitely bringing her back.

Best place in Reno to leave your pup! Their hours accommodate healthcare workers, they always groom my dog extremely well, and my dog always comes home happy!

They did a terrible job and cutting my dog's hair that never gets his nails some places that can cut his hair don't take your dog there recommend you not take your dog there is a waste of your money
