Such a great group of individuals to work with during this difficult time. They were so compassionate and understanding. We received a beautiful urn, certificate and paw print. I would recommend them hands down.

Hands down the best place to take your beloved animal to get cremated. I brought in my deceased bunny “bon bon” to get cremated and this was my first time experiencing this so I was new to the process. I was led through how it works and was able to look at some of the memory keepsakes. I got my bunny’s hand print and some of his hair. I’m completely happy with this place. They do an amazing job.

Very professional and compassionate. We picked up our cat's urn yesterday. They also included a packet of wildflowers to plant in his memory.

I highly recommend this place they made everything go very smoothly my daughters hamster meant the world to her and they made her feel extra special and even squeezed us in at a short notice. They genuinely care and im very thankful for everyone there that made it happen. Thank you again for all your hard work.

I just want to say, thank you so much for being so kind and empathetic when I called to ask about services. I was able to get in quickly to bring my beloved kitty and the staff handled her with care and respect. It made the process much easier to deal with when saying goodbye to my little best friend that I had for 16 years. I was afraid I was going to get someone on the phone that was very unsympathetic, that was absolutely not the case. Thank you so much.

My cat crossed the rainbow bridge last night. He was picked up from the emergency vet this morning and I was able to pick up his remains this evening. They were quick and compassionate. We were allowed to come in and pick an urn. There is so much more variety than what they show on their website and there was no pressure to purchase any specific one or any at all. They transfered his ashes to the urn and went through all the details of what he was placed in the urn with. I requested they make clay and ink paw print. The clay print came out beautifully and I am very happy with it. I was pleasantly surprised that a variety of ink prints were made (different paws and colors) when I thought I would only get one print. The prints are on cards perfect for providing to a tattoo artist or framing.

I highly recommend them when the time comes that their services are needed. I wasn't sure how I was going to handle dropping my baby off there this morning. They were so nice. You can tell they genuinely care. Highly recommend them!

I unfortunately had to have my very large pet pig euthanized and didn’t know what to do with him after this process. After calling Beloved Friends and explaining my situation, the staff and owners did not hesitate to offer their services. He was so big that he had to be the only one in the oven for an entire day. The rate they charged me was more than acceptable. They have allowed me to take as much time as I needed to pay for it and have been more than understanding with my financial difficulties that have since arose. They have never once hounded me for money. Every single person I’ve talked to has been more than wonderful. They truly run a beautiful business. I really can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend to anyone that has to go through this difficult time and I will continue to use them in the future, without hesitation.

I think they great..2 shih tzus I have lost to the angles..different times..nd years..they even picked up my last at place where illness nd life had to end yesterday..very good people here.. they treat ur beloved ones as if it their own.. We brought our grand dog in this morning to get cremated. This is the third dog we have brought to ABFPC. Steve and his entire crew are just incredible people and go out of their way to help during the worst time ever, when your precious pet passes. Everyone is so compassionate and caring to make sure that your pet is taken care of with professionalism and dignity. Hats off to all of you. Steve, Erlene, Matt and the others. I only use them when it comes to my pets (there’s another pet crematory around town somewhere..) ABFPC employee’s are so caring and considerate when it comes to handling your animals. They don’t rush you when it comes to picking out an urn, they don’t rush any questions you ask, they will let you use the quiet viewing room to say a finally goodbye- no rushing that either. They do a great job on the final paw print memory. You can tell that they only want what’s best for your pet. They’ve never turned away any of my pets, I’ve taken them a hedgehog, a chinchilla, and just recently a dog. They just accommodated with handling my hedgehog. They get you your pets cremations next day or even the same day at times. I’m absolutely grateful to know my animals are being handled so well when they are in their care. (The star and cross in the middle, holds ashes (my hedgehog and chinchilla) It’s supposed to be a key chain, but I wear it as a necklace. I’ll update my dogs necklace when I get it.)

Our little doggy passed away in her sleep. I’ve never had to deal with something like this and was blown away by the service I received. I had a lot of questions about logistics on how to get the dog there since they aren’t able to pick up due to the virus, which is completely understandable. The lady I spoke with with so understanding about all my questions even though I was embarrassed to ask (aka will my car smell? Do I just use blankets? What do other people do?) I really appreciate their quick drop of procedure and the gentleman that works there was so kind as well. Thank you so much for making this easier for us during a difficult time ????

I've had 2 animals cremated here and their services are top notch! They are extremely professional and gave great care to my animals. I was able to get them back fast and their prices are amazing. Highly recommend

Thank you Elaine and Steve for your patience, your excellent service and for being there, the morning my little sixteen year old red heeler, Rose, passed. I was so thankful that you took us in, the same day. In the time it took for us to drive 210 miles from Bishop, California, to drop her off for the private cremation and to have her ashes in hand seventeen hours later, she would have been bagged in a freezer at the local vet, still awaiting transport to a facility. I didn’t want that for her. By the next morning as promised, her ashes were waiting in a lovely little box, engraved with text. Am so happy we found Beloved.

Steve and Elaine are so amazing, helpful, and kind. We visited them before our pup, Maxie, passed and they walked us through the steps we would take after his death. They welcome walk-ins during their business hours and their "secretary", Peaches, will probably greet you at the door. We felt no pressure whatsoever from Steve to spend money on unnecessary items but he focused mainly on getting us the essentials. The procedure following Maxie's death was simple and quick; they were able to get his cremains back to us on the same day along with a few lovely gifts. We highly recommend taking your pet to A Beloved Friend. We feel that Maxie was treated with only respect and love from the staff here.

When I got home after picking up my Gracie’s ashes, I found the urn to be damaged/dented in 2 places, very disappointed with the care they gave to pet of 19 years. Don’t know if they put her ashes in a damaged urn or they damaged it after her ashes were put inside. I feel like they showed her no respect at all.

Love the owners and staff they stayed late after my dog passed and even stayed late the next day and moved some cars so I could pick up my dogs ashes in my Peterbilt work truck on my way home will use them again but I hope not soon

I called them early morning when my cat passed away they were so loving and understanding and they had him picked up immediately, the gentleman who came to my home was so compassionate. I can't thank them enough for there help !!!!!

Our cat Lilly, passed away on a Sunday at 10:30 pm over a 3 day holiday weekend. After calling and getting a live person from their answering service who was very nice, Elaine called me back in less then 30 minutes. She was caring and answered all my questions. The next morning (Presidents day) I brought Lilly into their office and was treated very well by a young man that was very sympathetic and offered to let me have some time with her to say goodbye. After the young man took her away, Steve explained to me in detail what the next steps were in the process. All the while being very respectful and caring. They promised same day service (even over a holiday) and I was called again by Elaine the same afternoon that the cremation was completed. Exactly as promised. I meet again with Steve to pick up my cats remains and again he was the epitome of professionalism and caring. Its rare nowadays to find a good company that really cares about their clients. But to find such a group of people at a time like this was a true blessing.

Seriously, the workers are one of the most kind and compassionate people on this planet! I honestly have to thank them for being patient and for making the loss hurt a little bit less.

I've been using them for years and they are the only place I would trust with the after care of my babies. I lost my bird last night and called after-hours. I was able to speak to Elaine, who was, as always, so kind and compassionate. She was patient while I sobbed and made me feel so much better. Love these guys.
