I highly recommend Dr. Michael Sterns and his mobile veterinary services. He has cared for my three cats since 2019. I greatly appreciate being able to have my cats seen, evaluated and treated at home, since trips to a vet clinic can be stressful for both the cats and myself, especially when multiple cats are being seen at the same time. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and has a calm, professional bedside manner with my cats. He is able to provide in-home immunizations as well micro-chipping. Dr. Sterns is very prompt at responding to inquiries, and with renewing prescriptions. He also does comprehensive dental cleanings with sedation in the Mountain View/Los Altos area at a brick and mortar veterinary clinic.

We just started using Dr. Sterns after adopting our new puppy. We are very happy with all of the services that we have received so far. It is very convenient to have him come to our place where are dog is most comfortable. He is timely and goes out of his way to help us out.

4Paws and Dr. Sterns is the best veterinarian I have ever used. He is attentive, makes dealing with getting pet meds easy ,and having affordable home service is the best bet.

Dr. Sterns is caring and the best choice for your dog. I have an elderly dog that no longer can travel so seeing his doctor in our home is so valuable. Dr. Sterns has taken on our new puppy and having a vet visit your home is convenient and far less stressful. Thank you, Dr. Sterns!

Staff was very friendly and responsive. You just wait outside and staff will come out and greet you and your pets. Great COVID protocol.

It is so nice to have dr sterns come to the house for Wookie’s appts. He’s thorough and very prompt and so good with dogs! When Wookie had an infection he took care of it quickly at his clinic in mt view. He delivers wookie’s meds ( flea n heartworm) to our front door. I am very pleased with his competence, attentiveness, pricing is very fair and his visits certainly saves us from having to drive to an office.

Dr. Sterns and his team are great! They are able to get my dog in quickly and take their time and really tend to my dog and his needs! Could not recommend Dr. Sterns enough!

Dr Sterns is a terrific vet who is both practical and patient with new pet owners like us. We have found him to be very responsive to our occasional questions and super gentle with our puppy. And it’s a huge bonus that his service is mobile!

Dr. Sterns literally saved my dogs life and happiness. I ran through a few “top” vets including Adobe and Sage to try to figure out why my blue nose had such bad skin. Dr. Sterns new exactly what to do the first time and saved my dog from constant itching scratching and to be honest suffering. I will always be a 4 paws believer and I tell everyone I know he is hands down the best. If I could give more stars I would.

Apparently they prefer dogs over cats! I called to inquire about my very ill cat who needs subcutaneous water, and they refused. It was an abrupt exchange.

I finally decided to shell out for my 10 year old cat's teeth cleaning last summer. The cat cannot go for a trip to the vet without being sedated. I guess she has severe PTSD from some previous experiences. Anyway, I was so relieved to find that Dr. Sterns made house calls for certain services, and the BEST part of all: he doesn't overcharge for teeth cleaning! His prices are affordable & the best I've seen. He says he doesn't like to charge much for the cleanings because people end up not getting their pets' teeth cleaned. So true. The cat even had to have a couple of teeth pulled, and the charge for that was minimal compared to any other vets I've checked into. Thank you Dr. Sterns!

Wonderful experience! Dr. Stern was/is our go-to vet for our family pets for years. He is so kind, respectful, knowledgable, and precise. I've gone to him for routine checkups, health certs, as well as euthanasia. During all procedures he was professional, compassionate, and even uplifting during difficult times. Pricing wasn't too steep either.
