I loved Dr Kaitlyn Imamura, she is very nice and did everything she could to help with some documents that I needed to travel with my dog to Brazil, by the way, I called 2 places around Hermosa beach to get the healthy certificate and apparently it’s hard to find an animal hospital that makes this kind of document, I am glad that I found this place and that they were really nice, thank you so much guys

Life saver for my rescue dog with severe anxiety & bite problems. He is a sweet & smart survivor but major trust issues with human touching. Thank you sincerely for offering sedated grooming services to MrFlint the poodle mix. I’m so thankful for your services and cares.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! They made everything so easy and made for so much of a better experience when it comes to your pets healthcare. I called in the morning and got a same day appointment which I thought was impossible to achieve anywhere. Upon arrival the staff was very efficient about explaining the whole process of things during COVID. Once my Bentley was inside with the vet I quickly received a call from the Vet who was super friendly and explained step by step of what they were going to do and why. She was AWESOME!! She definitely put my worries at ease and since I have had many discouraging experiences with prior animal hospitals this was exactly what I needed to restore my faith that good people who genuinely care about your pet do exist in this world. When my Bentley was walked out the front door the tech gave me my take home meds and made sure she explained what they were and what paperwork I was receiving. The fees were very reasonable for all the services provided. I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to everybody at PV VILLAGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL you guys are the best and my family and I appreciated the great love and care you gave our Bentley.

I have taken two of my pets to PV Village. They are always attentive and know my dogs name, and issues, without me having to remind them. They keep good notes in charts if they are monitoring systems. The staff is kind and compassionate. My dogs have always been excited to go to the Vet here, and that tells me so much! When we had to put our first dog, Thelma, down-they guided me through the process and helped my son grieve. They cried with us. I appreciate how they start with inexpensive solutions-but suggest the right course thats best for the health and wel being of your pet. They don’t over prescribe or jump straight to expensive procedures. I will always recommend PV Village

We will never take our dog here ever again!! He was diagnosed with diabetes and they mistreated his dose ...to where he was lethargic and ended up with multiple seizures cause his dose prescribed was extremely high! He also had a skin infection and they prescribed him antibiotics and special shampoo ..2 weeks later nothing was any better......we were extremely concerned and have spent thousands of dollars so we called the vet concerned he wasn’t improving her response was heartless and extremely rude ....told us to go take him to another vet! We have found another vet who cares about the well being of our dog and I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional and careless this place is!

Very clumsy new graduate Drs don't know what to do. Staffs are also not experienced either. Don't take your risk.

had my first appointment there today for my 2 cats! staff were so friendly. they probably see hundreds of pets every week but they still made a big deal about how cute my cats are. any pet owner probably knows how great that feels. dr imura was super friendly and nice, great with my cats, and made sure to ask if i had any questions (and also said my cats are cute, which was another cherry on top). most importantly, she didn’t make me feel dumb. in my previous experience, i’ve had vets be very condescending or ignore my concerns, but dr imura wasn’t like that at all

Dr. Fuchino has been taking great care of my 12 yo dog, Miko, for over a decade now. He truly loves animals and is a very solid veterinarian. He has performed two surgeries on Miko, hernia and bladder stones. Miko also has other health issues, of which, Dr Fuchino always addresses. I have the utmost confidence in his holistic approach to my dog's care.

Dr Fuchino was our reason for coming to PV Village Pet Hospital, and when he sold it, I was skeptical...but, after meeting the staff and seeing how genuinely they all care for their clients (both pets and people), I will always come here and recommend them as the best!

Very caring staff, great place for boarding and for pet care! Very effective acupuncture for older animals that have aches and pains.

Absolute crooks! Dishonest and egregious vet. I took my dog in for a $400 dental cleaning (Which I had no problem with). While I was there I politely asked the front desk if they would be able to have the vet check the skin on my dogs back. (She appeared to have a pimple). They informed me that I would basically need to set up a new appointment and pay for a consultation for this. Are you kidding me? An analogy to this is when one goes to a Dermatologist for an issue on your left arm and you ask your Doctor to quickly look at you knee or other arm. They would never charge you for that or ask you to set another appointment for this. I am not sure why PV Village Pet Hospital thinks they can do this. News alert to PV- There are 10 Vets within 3 miles of your facility. Do not get scammed by this place. I will also add that both front desk employees and the Office Manager were quite rude and arrogant.

My Bassett thinks it's a place for vacation. We tell him were taking him to vet and he jumps in car and barks for us to hurry to go. Staff is friendly. Dr . Fuchino and staff are the best. Everyone is very accommodating. We all love it here.

I love bringing my pets here as they take good care of them. Recently brought my cat in for vaccines and the doctor was able to show me that my cat may need a dental cleaning for some gingivitis that was starting on her back tooth. She gave me some recommendations to try to see if I could improve upon this at home with brushing and dental wipes. Short wait as they are often busy with appointments and other walk-ins for vaccines. Easy parking, friendly staff.
