very bad customer service, they give you the attitude of doing you a favor just to schedule your appointment 4 weeks later claiming of being so busy with too many customer, just because they are very small and only one or two people working their. get some help if you are so busy with customers.

Having a double coated dog is a lot of work to maintain, especially if they're a livestock guardian dog like our Miss Marple. She is outside exposed to the elements and rolling around with our goats so it's no surprise she was filthy when we brought her into Whiskers To Tails. Kaley, the owner, groomed Missy for us and did a fabulous job. This was our first time with a commercial groomer, and we could not have asked for a more premium and professional experience. She took into account the Great Pyrenees' unique breed standards and coat type as well as Missy's lifestyle in our backyard when cleaning her up and trimming her to keep her coat looking beautiful. She was very patient and gentle despite Missy being a bit nervous about the ordeal. I highly recommend Kaley and her team at Whiskers To Tails. Not only are their prices very reasonable, but the care and affection they give your pet as dog lovers themselves shows in not only their work, but the clean and attractive storefront they maintain. Friendly staff. Took the time to talk about what services were best for my pooch. They were timely and got the job done in 1hr. Pricing is very fair. Only 4 stars because I had to wait 3 weeks to get my pooch seen. They are by appointment only.

Really great customer service! They were able to fit me in quickly after the county allowed re-opening and took precautions to ensure safety against COVID-19. They always do a great job with my dogs and the prices are reasonable.

Not sure of the young lady's name but she made my black lab and I very happy. She didn't take too long and I honestly noticed she did a better job than all the other places I've been to. I mean this - 100 percent.

Love this place! Our dog comes home clean and smelling really good. They always fit us in the week of as best as possible and they are always friendly and professional. I've tried several other places in between and they just do not compare. I really appreciate them servicing our dog and taking good care of her when they do.

I love it here, they are always so sweet and nice! I bring my cat Batamn to get his ears cleaned and they always do a great job and they love to see him!!! They take very good care of everyone's pets and they take their time and do the job right! They are amazing!!!

Little hidden gem in the redlands community!! The girls that work there are super nice and professional. They care for my dog like their own. My dogs cut and service is always on point

Always great service and warm customer service. I always appreciate that the don't judge when I accidentally let my dog's hair get matted. I've moved to Denver but I make sure to plan my visits to Redlands with his grooming because I love this place so much.

I love it here! literally the moment I entered they greeted me and gave me all the attention needed , they are so freaking nice ! I don't I'm just really happy of the great first impression they gave me plus they did an excellent job on my baby ????
