They don't have the resources to do their best work. Seemed short staffed. Waited an hour after my appointment to be seen. During another visit, my appointment was canceled and I was forced to visit another Thrive location. Plus, they forgot to send me pet records multiple times. The vet and vet techs however, deserve some praise. They did the best they could with the resources on hand. They were also very kind. Too bad they don't have more support.

We take our Goberian puppy to see Dr. Peggle. She is wonderful and has great bedside manner with our pup. Everyone has been friendly and informative when we need help. Price has been very reasonable when compared to other vets in the area.

I've always loved Thrive and their service when I take my cat in. I've been a part of their VIP program for almost 2 years and have had no problems, love the benefits. However, my cat has a prescription diet and hasn't needed a refill for a while. He also needs his rabies shot. I called and they 1. Are booked through the end of the month 2. Don't have any doctors scheduled for the following month. How am I supposed to keep my pet healthy when they can't be reliable for appointments? I have to call back in at the end of the month and *hope* they have the schedule and that it's not all booked Considering cancelling the membership since it's useless if my cat can't be seen.

Why does it say you can get 10% off grooming and training when they don't even have it. You would need to go to the Petco but the discount can't be used in Petco, even though, they are in Petco. Just trying to real you in with lies.

I called this place to ask about prices for spaying my cat and she said I need to pay first for consultation then pay for blood work and then discuss how much, wow, talk about rip off, and I found this place by googling low cost, what a joke, look elsewhere people, don’t get caught in their trap.

staff on the phone is not very educated about animals or information about helping my 5 month old puppy and she needs help with giving information about how to help my puppy I asked her for information about helping me to get info on since I am homeless and puppy live with me have no money right now and she told me that it would be t0 dollars for the package of rabee shot deworming shot and parvo shot and just to go into the office it will be 45 dollars for office visit what kind of help is that now because of the lack of information about helping people with their dogs and she needs to be able to help with information and where to go get the help my puppy needs to be treated and live now my puppy has a chance to die and that's not good for the business

This vet is alright .... my the Redlands location i dont really like, for being a first time dog mom and my annoying self asks alot of questions, the staff there just seemed abit dry about their answers instead of being fully informative as they should since they are a vet. Also, when you want to call for appointments its super annoying that the same lady who's an operator answers and I've called numerous times to set appointments ir I simply want to be directed to the dr. Well the appointment setter lady has a heavy accent and I cannot understand her at all i have to repeat myself for everything and have her do so as well...they should really put someone who doesn't have such a heavy accent and can also understand the questions you have. I think her name is Sonya or Sondra something like that ...

They gave my dog an "Allergy shot" and within 3 days he started having head tremors. I called to get advice and Leo told me they were really busy and that I should take him to another Vet. My dog has never had tremors until the shot they gave him. They did not even show any concerns. When I called them I was nice about everthing and made no accusation I was just looking for advice, they in turn basically suggested I go away. UPDATE: After taking my dog to another vet, I was given a shampoo and told to wash his feet 2 days a week. His condition is completely clear. Thrive told me he would need steroid shots and antibiotics for the rest of his life. After some research, I found that imunosupresants can cause tremors on small dogs. I was told twice on the phone by thrive employees I should take my dog to a neurologist. After the effects of the steroid shots thrive gave my dog faded, he is back to normal. Turns out he had interdigital furunculosis which extremely common on short haired dogs and can be treated with a simple foot wash.

I just had no idea he was getting the VIP treatment with the fecal exam glad you guys took extra measures to make sure he was healthy this was his first exam a week after I got him we went on lock down. So i was nervous about him you took some extra stress off me during these stressful times
