Coventry Pet Resort Redlands, California

Used to bring my dog here all the time but within the past year, every time I call they can’t seem to get me scheduled. They never call me back, are always booked up, and always insist on getting my personal information. Do not recommend. I need to find a new dog boarding place.

I have been bringing my two dogs here for a year now and I am very happy with the results! They always come back looking and smelling great with a cute little bandana. The grooming is very affordable and my dogs feel comfortable here. They also have lots of items available for sale including dog food, treat and accessories. They had some really cute items around Christmas.

The best service ever, went to petco and they told us they couldn’t groom him because of his Matts and said we needed to go to a vet to put him to sleep to do it, we took our dog here not very hopeful and they shaved him with no issues at all, everyone there was so professional and polite, best service ever, highly recommend

Friendly team who really take care of your pet. And decent prices.

I have not been to this place but I did call and email and never got a response so my dog won't be going here.

It's nice to know that my pet is valued at Coventry. They easily adjust to Maggie's needs and she seems comfortable there. The staff and owner have been patient with me as well!

Was recommended for our puppy daycare. Staff was friendly and informative durning our first visit. Our pup seemed very happy and enjoyed his stay while there. Will be using their services again.

Very particular about who they accommodate which is good. My dog is nicely groomed upon request.

I'm out of town 1-2x a month and always board my dog here when I'm gone. They're very kind & loving towards her & she really enjoys going.

Bad service. My dog reservation was cancelled day prior to the reservation because he was taken to the vet? Not using again

After going to 3 different places for my poor matted baby. Was told she was too matted to help. Coventry took her in and made her brand new. Everyone there is so sweet and loving. You can definitely feel the love as soon as you walk through the door.

Great folks who really care about our pets entrusted to their care.

Amazing place! They take amazing care of my husky and their prices are fair! Wouldn't wanna take my dog anywhere else.

My boy loves going to daycare & Grooming ! He is barking his head off with excitement when I pass the 2nd stop light! YEP, he knows. I am impressed how even though everyone is busy they always remain professional. If there are concerns they are dealt with and not swished aside under the rug. The owner Debra will listen to your concerns as does Jen all front staff are nice..Jen, Justine ,Frances,Ryan and everyone ????can’t remember everyone’s name but they are helpful. I Recommend daycare and grooming here at this facility! :-)

Always super friendly and sweet. Do t use the boarding but their grooming is great!

Everyone is very friendly and they make you feel very comfortable leaving your fur baby in their care. My pet groomer is Pam she is wonderful!

There is no one else I trust my animals with fir grooming or boarding. My pets come back happy and having enjoyed themselves wether their stay is a week or s day. My animals are like my kids. To have someone like them is invaluable.

Great price. Great service friendly staff. Day care is awesome grooming is awesome. Most important my dog loves it here
